If we're involving lovecraftian gods then i should beg the question, what is a king to a god? Most lovecraftian gods could easily body godzilla before anyone would be able even attempt to comprehend what happened. Godzilla would be nothing more than just another lowly animal to even the lowest of lovecraftian gods. And before anyone claims that godzilla could beat cthulu, not only does cthulu scale to having multiversal levels of durability, he's not even technically a god. Sure cthulu was worshiped by men but he's nothing more than a priest to the actual gods such as yogsathoth.

And on the other hand, both Freya and Atreus himself tell us that the midgard serpent can surround the entire planet. Even in their sanctuary they say it too. And it is more than confirmed because even in the official arts of when Kratos and Atreus climb the highest mountain in Midgard you can still see the snake.

The interesting thing here, at least as pertains to Godzilla Earth, is the series creators revealing that it is merely an extension of the true Godzilla Earth, which is apparently sleeping inside the planet's core while it gradually evolved into its final stage. This final leg of its evolution is stated to be similar to Ghidorah's, essentially transforming it into an extradimensional organism that will, like Ghidorah before it, begin eating worlds. It was also mentioned that Godzilla Earth's completed evolution would in fact be many times larger and more powerful than the Ghidorah we saw him facing off against.

He was large, but his size is unspecified only that he destroyed Thangorodrim in his ruin. Considering that the Valars' counterstroke against the dragons sank an entire continent it's reasonable to assume he didn't crush them from a one-shot kill, but smashed/burned them in his death throes.

He is the World Serpent. He’s so long he wraps around the world. The only thing that matches his size is the Dalamadur at full length from Monster Hunter which is said to grow big enough to wrap around the world.

There is Behemecoatyl, the God Bug of the Arachnids from Starship Troopers: Marauder (I think). She lives within the crust of a planet, so I don't think you can say she is disqualified as being "planet-sized". She looks like about 1/6th the size of planet OM-1 but I don't know the size of OM-1 to get a size approximation.

Give or take a 2-3 million years and G earth will dwarf them

You need to include the giant Amoeba at the end of Evolution. I think the weight given for Godzilla Earth is a huge underestimate. A Nimitz class carrier is 300m long but nowhere as massive as Godzilla and about 100,000 tonnes. I'd say 800,000 tonnes.

Size doesn't always matter, earth can most likely destroy half of the creatures shown, earth has an defense force (a forcfield) that is near impossible to break, he can survive multiple nukes and has loads of muscle power, a atomic beam , a roar capable of destroying steel and extremely hard scales, if anything gets past the defense force it'll be hard to get past his armory, godzilla earth is almost immortal and it has combat experience and damaged the strongest kaiju in the entire godzilla movie series, almost killing it. (Void Ghidorah) Void ghidorah is dozens of times the size of gojira.

Actually Godzilla earth is over 320 meters in the anime because if you look on the height tracker in the show, you see it’s growing past 316 and still getting taller. So possible 400 meters

Azathoth would be the biggest monster in fiction, or one of them. Considering every universe, every multiverse, every timeline, parallel dimension and altered reality, everything that ever was, is, will be and won’t be, is inside his dream. Making him effectively incomprehensibly big. But that’s just me. But in video games and movies? Probably Jormungandr as he’s almost the size of Midgar when we see him in GOW4

If u want to play old Godzilla games on the new gen, u can just support a petition for the remastered version of the game. The pipework studio showed interest to make a remastered of the trilogy (Destroy all monsters melee, Save the earth and Unleashed), so please, go support the petition to have these 3 games again. Fun fact: the drawing with Godzilla Earth fighting Ancalagon the Black I actually contacted the artist who made it and got his permission to write a one shot fanfiction of these two in a massive brawl. Despite it having small grammatical problems, people really enjoyed it and had praised it to high heaven. I'd give a link but I'm not sure if that'd be considered advertising or not. Come to think of it, there's a movie based on Dune, and while the sandworms are probably not as heavily-built as Godzilla Earth, they're longer than he is (about 400 meters or so,) though you can't always tell because they tend to hang out underground.

Surtur is 300 meters height.
