Join me for this 15 minutes One Dumbbell Standing Abs Workout. I know we`ve done a lot of standing abs lately, but this one is different. It`s a weighted workout, and has absolutely no leg raises. I used a 4 kg dumbbell for this workout and focused on contracting my abs as hard as I could, during each move. You will, of course, feel this workout in your arms too. If you want to give it a try, focus on that abdominal contraction you`ve been working on through the standing ab challenge, and feel the burn!

The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me kzread.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.
I really appreciated! I'm trying to build my body strength because I'm 56 years old and I will never give up. Thank you for doing such great job!

Confession: I was too lazy after Cdorner’s arms and BG walking for weight loss to drag out my mat and do Caroline Grivan’s crunch video for 10 min.😂. So I decided to do Standing ABs and my girl BG had one with weights. I chose it because it was 15 min. OK I am a total crunch girl, but this one felt effective and I enjoyed it! Will be putting in my rotation! ❤
