I did your workout today. I think your strength workout is awesome. You worked all of the muscles in my 80 year old body. Plan to do this workout 3 times a week. Very easy to follow your video.

Hello Cindy. I’ve just finished my 4th workout with you and I can already see that I am walking taller and straighter and getting up from chairs is no longer a problem or feeling stiff after sitting for a while. I’m 72 and am determined that I’m not going to sit in a chair waiting to die. Many thanks Cindy 🤗

Yes! I started with Cindy's stretch one, then this one, then started adding 5 min arms/5 min booty (alternating booty and arms). Now I mix up the strength vid's a bit, but keep coming back to this one. Cindy's still my home base.

Perfect for me. I"m a 79 year old daily jogger but my muscles and joints are weak. I live in a 3rd floor walkup apartment and carrying groceries is hard for me. So glad I found this tape! Thank you.

I did this workout with you today, it felt so good. I am 69, 5’ 153 lbs…lost about 20 since this past winter. I have lost 18” body total. I joined the gym July twice a week, water aerobics. This will be my at home routine in between gym days. I love how you explain every detail..tonight and watched in bed, writing down everything I learned from you. As a long time nurse I really learned the truth to the saying "use it or lose it". Cindy makes it so easy. Many others work at a faster pace. This is paced just right for me. There is a nice simple warm up and and likewise a simple post stretch which I notice makes a bid difference. No soreness the next day! I look forward to doing this every other day and slowly building up on the weight of the dumb bells. Thank you, Cindy!!!! By the way, I look forward to trying some of your other videos. It is so important for us to maintain our muscle mass to the best of our ablility.

Thank you Cindy, I enjoyed it. I finished the entire workout but had to get off the lounge position before the end of a sequence. I finished some exercises on streight legs to keep my hips protected.
All of the exercises are fantastic. AND there are so many choices. Lots of stars.

Its been a while since I did this one so nice to 'find' it again. I remember I had real difficulty the very first time I did it, way back, especially with some of the moves so rather pleased that I am much better at those now. It does target so many muscles though a really good exercise Cindy thank you 🙂

I thought this was possible the first of your exercises I started and have scrolled down and found the one that says I ought to start exercising and it was nine months ago. I remember I had put I'm 76 so should and senior moment I was actually 77 and not long had a birthday so 78 now. I know your exercise are helping me a great deal and appreciate the way you make exercising 'fun' and there is such a variety. Yesterday I had a go at the short HITT which I could never have done nine months ago and this one I know felt easier but still gave me a good workout. Thanks Cindy for all the effort you put into these exercises for us :-)

i do Cindy's senior stretch first. It gets me pumped up and motivated to do this one. Then I often do a 5 minute video targeting arms or a 10 min targeting upper hamstrings or abs. i take at least a 1/2 hour walk with my dogs, too.

I hadn't realised it had been so long since I had done this particular exercise. Targeting other muscles, really gave me a workout 🙂
I have just had a short break away I felt I needed it. I went to the Isle of Man as I had lived there many years ago and my late husband and I had had a couple of lovely holidays there. I was apprehensive as how far I could walk but after my walking having improved so much with your various exercises, and I treated myself to a walking stick/seat, I thought I could manage. One of the other ladies in our group I buddied up with had a step watch/counter. The second day she made a point of checking for me and I did 10,000 steps. I only sat down unofficially twice. Once having walked up a bit of a steep hill with a not very stable surface. In fact another couple waited for me half way up as they were worried about me but I made it just in time to collapse onto my seat haha. This was much down to all your exercises really so thank you Cindy. I had a lovely holiday and can definitely walk much further than I thought, maybe not quite 10,000 steps every day though, yet. I did these strength exercises just now as haven't done any while away. Sorry I have rambled on rather much 🙂
You’re beautiful and thank you for trying to tell we seniors we don’t have to give up in front of the tv with a bowl of ice cream. I was training with weights and running til my early 60’s when fibromyalgia hit very hard when my parents dies 6 months apart! Needless to say over the last 8 years my body turning into mush and I was always depressed especially about that. Your videos are just what I’ve been looking for to get me back in shape again.
