Here is another demanding recipe for summer season and having a good amount of Health Benefits. I am showing you Instant Mango Pickle recipe in a simple process. Please do follow the process and make this recipe in home. If you follow my instructions properly then the pickle self life will be more then Two years. So make it, have it and enjoy it. Considering the health, I am making this recipe with the Indian Spices those are having great amount of health benefits. So this mango pickle is healthy cum tasty both. "स्वाद भी स्वास्थ्य भी".
Preparation time: 2 Hours
Making time: 25 Minutes
Ingridients:
Raw Mango: 500 Gms
Cumin Seeds: 2 Teaspoons
Ajwain Seeds: 2 Teaspoons
Dhaniya Seeds: 2 Teaspoons
Haldi Powder : 3 Teaspoons (Turmeric Powder)
Red Chilli Powder : 1 Teaspoon
Black Salt: 4 Teaspoon
M. Oil: 1 Cup
Dry Red Chilli: 15 Nos
Dalchini: 1 Inch (Chinamon)
Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 Teaspoons
Process:
1. Cut mangoes in small pieces as per your requirements.
2. Marinate mangoes with salt and turmeric powder and keep it for atleast two hours 2 hours at least.
3. Heat the pan add 15 pieces of dry red chilli, Add 1 TS (tablespoon) Cumin seeds, Add 1 TS Ajwain seeds & add Dalchini 1 inch roast the masala for 2 minutes in high flame.
4. Make powder of these all roasted spices.
5. Now Heat a Kadhai and add 1 Cup M. oil.
6. Add 3 nos of Dry red chilli, 1 TS Cumin seeds and then 1 TS Ginger Garlic paste. Fry all these for two minutes in high flame.
7. After all spices became brown add mangoes and fry them for 5 minutes high flame now add 1 Teaspoon ginger garlic paste then again fry it for another 10 minutes.
8. After frying for 15 minutes add powdered spices and mix them well. keep the flame low.
9. Now add 1 TS Red Chilli Powder & 1 TS Turmeric Powder. Mix those properly. Fry for next 1 minutes in high flame and pickle is ready.
For a Good taste of the pickle let it cool and then keep the Mango Pickle for at least 24 hours in a bottle and then have it.
