    *very relaxing add on for my leg/booty workout with you today! 51 active calories burned and 80 total calories burned! i used my pilates ball since i don’t have the ring and it worked perfectly on my end*

    I have owned my Pilates ring for over 2 years and have never used it until this workout. I am so excited to use my ring and I hope to see more workouts using the Pilates ring.

    I am so excited to try this workout! I’ve been waiting for a workout class that includes a Pilates ring because I bought one some time ago but don’t quite know the best ways to use it 😅 but your my favorite workout person so it was hard to look elsewhere for one of these. Can’t wait to do this one tomorrow! You’re awesome!

    Good add-on especially if i stil wnt to workout a bit more aftr an earlier 40mins of full body exercise. I used a pilate mini ball instead, which is a v gd substitute.😊

    🎉I'm going to buy one today. Have to be careful what I do atm I'm recovering from breast cancer surgery and lymph node removal. I'm missing lifting weights so much..
