It is a great one off guide for discovering healthy recipes for dog food minus the hard work. Ive heard some decent things about it and my BF after a lifetime of fighting got astronomical success with it.

I watched the 15 good human foods for dogs and agreed mostly. My dogs, 2 over 16 yrs have always had human food as well as Dry Dog Food. All enjoy my Chicken, Beef or Pork Stews, eat a boiled egg a day as a treat, the whole egg! I give them canned Mackerel, and Tuna and all love milk, yes milk. No upset bowels!

M’y dachshund is 13 eats carrots ,un cooked, apples , grapes, tangerines, strawberries…cheese and has excellent blood test results!

I used to give my dog a carrot and she would just chew on it just like it was a bone.

Yeah.. I'm pretty sure if your dog is healthy it takes away from his money just the same as a doctor so... yeah.

Carrots in moderation. My Aunties neighbours dog suddenly died and living on a farm the vet asked if he consumed a lot of carrots to which the owners replied yes and that's what killed the dog

I give my dog (border collie) about 1/2 grated raw carrot about 3 times a week in his dinner or breakfast. He also has most vegs. seen in the video. To thicken up a sometimes sloppy meal I add a handfull of porridge oats. He also has eggs, liver, heart (all cooked) chicken, sometimes a few flakes of cheese. The grated raw carrot helps to remove parasites in the stomach/gut as they find it uncomfortable to live in! He also has garlic granules, tumeric and soya oil. He is 10 y.o. going on 3!

The only thing from this video that I can say I do give my dog who is a Shih Tzu is carrot. He has a carrot twice a week and he loves them. I won't give him uncooked bones because they can stick in his throat and I'm not willing to chance it. Lovely dogs in this video tho!

When intruding new foods to your canine, introduce in very small amounts, like a lick or a nibble then observe for negative reactions...do organic when you can for your furry babies.

My pups have baby carrots for snacks. They love them.

Dogs have existed long before food manufacturers popped on the scene. It's good to know which foods are toxic to dogs but they absolutely can lead long healthy lives without eating store bought dog food. My 19 yo lab mix is facing her last days right now. She was raised with approx 75 - 100% table food from 6 weeks of age. She is still up and getting around about but of course at 19 years time has taken its course. She is not sick. My cats have lived to 17-18 years fed the same way. Spend your money on other things.

I told my vet this week (as of Jul 15, 2020) when she went to the ER for a reason that isn't related to cheese at all, that when my dog needs to take a pill i fold it in cheese. All the doctors that took care of her that feeding her cheese is ok in small amounts. Everything is about moderation. She had maybe 4 or 5 vets take care of her cause she stayed there for a night and they are open 24/7 *Some* of the things in this video are ok for dogs to eat. Not sure about all of them but some. Carrots, broccoli, *cooked* chicken (i know it said raw), cooked rice is ok. They actually suggested for her to eat chicken and rice for a few days or until she felt a little better. Then, slowly start mixing it in with her normal dry food. Cooked turkey is ok just make sure it doesn't have a bone (same with chicken btw). Basically, when in doubt ask a vet. I've annoyed the crap out of them the past few days asking them all sorts of questions.

One food I know for sure that’s so bad even fatal for dogs is Shell Fish (crab, shrimp, lobster etc.). Don’t give your dog shell fish even a small amount, it could restrict their air supply & cause violent allergic reactions.

Why no salmon skin? It’s higher in vitamins than salmon

cook the chicken--dont feed it raw---samonella etc.

Jane . . . Opposite, raw meat is better than cooked meat. Their saliva and digestive tract is evolved and designed for raw. Raw bones are ok for dogs. Cooked bones are not. - from a raw fed, german shepherd owner. Edit: raw meat, especially poultry and fish should be frozen for 1 week (imo) before given. Poultry mostly for bacteria/virus, fish more for worms/parasites. Beef is safest, heck i eat my beef almost raw.

Also as far as salmonella, dogs saliva kills bacteria in less than 5 min. I put my dog outside for 10 min after it eats raw meat twice a day. Rinse bowl out good with HOT water after and take same precautions with taw meat as you do preparing family dinner and your fine👍

Jane Hyden...raw meat is the best diet for dogs...do your research on BARF diet....i have been feeding my two gsd on raw meat diet for 2 years now and i never look back...kibbles will cause so many illnesses on dogs later on in life as it is not natural and have so many fillers...how do you think wolves survive? they never cook their food, do they?

Peanut butter be very careful there is a product that starts with an S I'm not sure of the full name .. it's easy what they would eat in the wild is what should be in their diet.. not dry food. Sorry 😞 we can get this right.. sweet potato is good it will help to fill them and it won't shoot up their glycemic levels. I have no idea why we can't get this all right 😕 😫 😔 they deserve a good diet like we have ... their not called our best friends for no reason WHY should anyone suffer we know better so we should do better. Our past mistakes should be learned from not to repeat. No one is to Blame unless you keep doing things you know are not right.. ask for guidance there are knowledgeable people that are willing to help. Animals should not be eating any kind of food other than food made specifically for them. Animals do not have the same digestive system we do, therefore they cannot digest it. Don’t feed animals people food, period.

NO - cyanide. Raw chicken bones are fine as they are soft and do not splinter as a cooked bone will. Do some reading...

Quite.. the opposite Rosemary, you didn’t dig deep enough into your reading in reference to chicken bones. Know your facts before you put someone’s dog in danger. And yes Apple seeds do contain Cyanide.

The picture on the video shows grapes on top of the basket of fruits . Some people may not watch the video and just go by what you’re advertising . Grapes are very dangerous as even one or two grapes can cause kidney failure . You need to remove this video , it’s irresponsible in its content and delivery .
