If you find yourself in SM Clark, I can give you a tour of the entire area including the brand new airport and Korea Town. :) I can only do this in November this month since I am leaving in December and won't be back till next year. :) SM Clark can be visited by riding the P to P bus at SM North Edsa.

No make-up, no problem. You both are beautiful even without it. Bare minimum is still the norm here. 🥰🥰
yes we are waterproof XD we have a saying "bagyo ka lang, pinoy kami" means "you're just a typhoon, we are filipinos"
When there is typhoon here in the Philippines, classes are usually suspended. But working people still go to work that's why there's an inside joke that we are called "immortal" bcoz it seems like we are superior beings and can't be affected by the typhoon.

Taking off shoes before entering someone's house is a sign of respect to us filipinos, and it also promotes hygiene inside the house not bringing in the dirt outside, and not all household used to having a slipper inside the house many were barefooted
seems like its just yesterday everybody is wishing goodluck for your philippine travel.

Don’t worry about wearing make up because most Filipino male doesn’t even care about it. Besides Simplicity is beauty. You’re both nice and pretty so look for nice and honest Filipino guys that can assist you while going around. Good luck and be safe. Watching from the USA.
Whenever I go to the Philippines, the first week of waking up every 5am is brutal cause of the roosters 😂 after a week, I get used to the noises and wake up later. And here in Canada, it’s not normal to have a bidet in the house (unless you’re rich), but in our house, we have a Tabo
@DarkR0ze

Canadian here, I have a 'bidet' i.e. the spray hose thing that's connected to the water tube thing on the bottom - outside of the toilet tank. It's less than $30 depending on where one shops for it
@MADesigns_

@@DarkR0ze WOAH! I've never heard of one for $30! That's cool tho! I'm gonna have to look into that and get one lol. I've only seen the ones from $300-$1k

I am a Filipino, we really used "TABO" in bathing and cleansing. But we also have bidet when we feel feel lazy 😂. We prefer to use "TABO" because it is more economical in terms of using water.

Bidet is very cheap. It's less than 600 pesos in the Philippines.
I can’t believe it’s nine months already. It seems only yesterday you were planning the trip there
Hi Sol and Luna. Many of our friends and relatives in the US and Canada have installed bidets in their bathrooms. It's not that costly & convenient to use instead of "tabo". Those who don't have bidets use tabo instead. It's true that every Filipino house has this. Enjoyed this episode! Looking forward to more! Regards! 😀

"tabo" is a dipper or pitcher in Western countries it pairs with a bucket by the way.😊
Being into your natural beauty or light make up suits you two, it more look refreshed and radiate your youthful aura.
That's absolutely right, you guys are gorgeous even without make-up. The more natural the more pretty you are.

In US, if u live in places that doesn’t snow, then bidet is easy to buy and install. cold places, the water will be freezing cold. unless ur house is new and will have some electric component near the water source then u can have the bidet. or put a bidet and just don’t use it on winter 😅
Both are so pretty , you look both simply filipina.
You're both maganda w/ or w/out makeup 😊 oh, btw, i hope Luna is not coming down w/ something. If so, pls feel better... take care and keep safe, you two...

It's good to hear that you've adopted the Filipino culture & love it. Please feel at home & enjoy you're stay here.👍
I love your minimal makeup look
The comment, " How do i lived like this " (referring to toilet paper usage), was.so funny to me and using a spoon. and fork too. Girls you look more beautiful and younger looking.
Eating rice is a must in the Philippines because of our climate. We are sweating a lot and it burns calories, you’re easily get hungry. And the best and most staple carbo we have is rice. So, rice is life in the Philippines, breakfast, snacks, lunch, merienda and dinner 😂.
We want to see you apply for Filipino citizenships. So, you need to stay in the Philippines for 10 years. You're on your way to your first year. Congrats!
It's true - you both have natural beauty! We love you! Thank you!
Yes as one of many Filipino household here in the US, we do have bidets in all of my toilets here at home. It is a must if not we use “tabo”.
21:34 Yes you are beautiful with or without make-up, but TBH both of you look so much younger (I would say early 20s)! It seems Philippines has been good to both of you. Keep it up!
Beautiful Black Latina ladies, my best friend is from Dominican Replublc -Rose Francquiz
Wow I didn't know you two stayed there for that long and for that, you have my respect! It's a challenge to adapt to any culture and you two are doing really well! I laughed at the bidet part lol, more power to you both! 😃

Rice, unless it's brown, red or unpolished, is nothing but carbo. It's been devitalized of its nutrients. Try camote instead. It gives more nutrients and provides energy longer and does not spike your sugar like rice does.

TABO and WET WIPES 😅😊 Before bidets were popular. Filipinos bring tabo when traveling. And for emergency ... wet wipes 😅 Foreigners with an open mind and heart will find their experience in the Philippines life changing 😊. It could be said the same when going to other places, but it's nice to hear when they change for the better and make them more stronger and resilient people than before 😊 I hope you enjoy your first experience of our Christmas and New Year 😊 Good luck to all your endeavors, Luna and Sol. God bless! 😇

Hello 😊
Well, you are Filipina by habit already. All you need to do is to find your Filipino. 0:46 By the way about the job, since you are Spanish-speaking...you can work in a Business Process Outsourcing. All you need to do is to apply for it and convert your visa into a working one.
There's a newly constructed" Sky garden in the rooftop of that mall!".. and a new church!'.. have you seen it??"..
In the first floor of our unit, it is ok to bring in shoes n slippers but in the second floor where the bedrooms are, it is absolutely shoes-off zone for anybody. Even the cleaning materials are segregated. For example, mops for the 2nd floor cant be used in the 1st floor. It actually depends on the preference of house owners.

Hi sol and luna you look nice and look younger without make up.❤❤❤❤❤
This was a super interesting vlog. I like how you talked about cultural differences and the things you adapted to along the way. May more blessings come to you and your channel. 🎉
I made bidet famous here among the Filipino communities in the mid-2000s. I installed a bidet in every bathroom in our house and whenever a visitor came over, they'd ask where I got it. so now, all of my Filipino and non-Filipino acquaintances use bidet because I introduced it.
Sol & Luna, I am your new Subscriber, a Filipina from Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Indeed, you are both beautiful with a little make-up. Your natural beauty is oozing with dynamic appeal. Love you both, sisters. Oh! You are full-blooded Filipinas now since our culture is already in your system. When it comes to using toilet paper only, I cannot imagine myself doing so. I really need to soap and wash it after using the comfort room. That has been our habit since childhood. I even bring my own soap and drinking water in case the mall runs out of it. And toothbrush and organic fluoride-free toothpaste too. Thank you so much for your wonderful vlogs. I hope you gain more subscribers until you have millions of them. Kudos, my sweet, friends.
yup, naturally both of u look stunning & pretty...made me smile while wactching the vid... simple and light.... liked it...
