AI sure makes for slpppy narration!
I would rather have one of these old trucks in good shape at a reasonable price, than the over priced over complicated truck of today.

I agree
I don't find any of those trucks "goofy". Goofy is the narrator who cannot properly pronounce words...

I totally agree. "Goofy" means "strange" etc. I can't see anything "goofy" about a Ford F series truck, as there are hundreds of thousands of them on the roads around the world.
Why do they keep confusing the 1955- 59 Blue Chip models with the 60-66Models?.There not one in the same!!!.'

It’s a bot, that’s why it can’t say some words properly.
I had a buddy who had a Jeep FC! Take one down a steep hill You'll get all the "adventure" you can stand!
The AIs repeating a description put me off watching this (@10:22).
Have a drink every time they mention quirk, lumber, live stock....and you WILL get drunk at the end of the video! Never heard so much repetition in one video....😆😂
Just a reminder on the 1961- 64 Chevrolet Corvair Rampsides and Loadside (as well as the Greenbriar vans) Pay attendtion to tire pressures cuz these are the swing axles of the 1960-64Corvairs!!!!..
OMG an actual video of the ACTUAL THUMBNAIL!!! I AM IN UTTER SHOCK AND DISBELIEF...content creator, you should be PROUD of yourself.....see it's that simple
What a magnificent entertaining & extremely informative video appreciate your amazing channel, its content is truly informative. I didn't even know that they had Mercury trucks/ ( pick-ups ) the jeeps are amazing, and goofy but, love every one of these stunning ( in their own way ) lol trucks. thank you.
check your dates, most of these rigs were from 55 to 70. The Stude you started with is a 57 not 60. and champ was drom 61 to 65. Nice ro see rho.
If the AI naration cannot pronounce several words why do you keep using it?
I remember them van cab pickups. How's come they didn't make a pickup cab van? Like cut off the extra long cargo/work van behind the front doors and scab it to a pickup cab. Then you have the best of both worlds, you have the nice long hood out in front of you, you're not sitting over the front axle, you don't have the doghouse taking up legroom, but you have all the cargo space and tool shelves behind you. Make the roof removable like a K5 Blazer, and now you're cooking with gas!
Check your source. The first Chevy Apache was produced in 1958. I know because my brother had one and it came with a 283 V8 engine.
Im here to see the blonde chick. Shes top notch
The Mercury light duty trucks were Canadians and they were made up until 1972 Every once in a while you might see one sneak down to the USA!.
WTF! Is there a contest, to see who can have an A.I. voice stumble over big words?

This AI shit will get nothing but worse, quickly…
The red International pick up truck shown here is an S Series from the late 1950s not a C Series
Thesedays nothing is cheap. Backthen wasn't resourceful enough to purchase antique vehicles when it was cheap. Remembering Dad's Ford Ranger pickup.
#15 -- "GMC Blue Chip" & Task Force from Chevrolet Trucks ran from 1955 to 1959, not 1960 thru 66.
Mercury M-100 is the Canadian name of the Ford Pick-up truck
Take the camera away from the drunk! I'm getting sea sick for crying out loud!
Jeep forward. Control worth. Bucks
they need to get rid of Ths AI sound track

Howling a load of limber along a ralph truck!
I LOVE THESE AMAZING VIDEOS & THEIR CONTENT. ANYTHING AUTOMOTIVE, I LOVE & ENJOY IT, ENTERTAINING VIDEO EVERY MODEL, GOFY OR NOT, I ADORE ALL OF THEM. THANK YOU FOR YOUR CHANNEL FOR POSTING/SHARING.
You forgot to mention the Mercury trucks were Ford trucks made and sold in Canada, I know Canada is part of the North American continent but rarely referred to as American.
We owned a 1966 GMC 2-tonner with a hydraulic bed lift that was used as a primary farm truck before I came along, later to outfitted with a chained-down to haul water back from town, or to dispense liquid fertilizer (Just don't ask; I was really young, and I'm sure the dichotomy was more complex than it seemed). The AI voice sounds right for a truck vid, though it suffers from even more than the usual monotonous speech patterns and mis-pronunciations. It also suffers from extremely-repetitive writing.
You have to realize that none of the trucks in this video looked like what they did back in the day. Now they either look worn out or are modified if they have been redone. Back in the day they were largely pretty basic and plain. For one thing, radial tires did not exist then; they all had bias ply tires. They were also NOT meant to last. By the time they had 60,000 miles or so, they were done. I never saw a 50s or 60s pickup with over 100,000 miles. Suspension lubes were every 1,000 miles and so were the oil changes. All of them leaked oil and adding one quart of oil every 300 miles was not considered unusual. Be glad they don't build them like they used to.
you lost me when you started showing a '57 while talking about GMC trucks from 60-64
I cant stand these AI videos.
If you want to do a video of goofy looking vehicles, do one on Toyota! It doesn't get any goofier than that!
More technical details and less mentions of " oil leaks and rust outs" etc. All elderly vehicles suffer those problems. regardless of being a pick up or not! The Ford Ranchero shown here was derived from the Falcon car. The Chevy El Camino was based of Chev sedans from that era. The Chevy Greenbrier was derived from the Chevy Corvair. Please try and find photos of UNMODIFIED examples of these vehicles. The Chevy El Camino didn't have a Corvette engine and the International Scout 80 didn't have a diesel engine as depicted here. Many of the other trucks depicted here were modified examples and not the true production versions.
Sounds more like you're talking about America than the trucks. ☹
most everything about truck #15 is wrong.
AI BS.
the commentary here is terrible and negative. just show the pictures, make and models and a bit of history of the creators, that would have been fine.
Horrible, horrible, horrible script, read by an incredibly inept AI program. Short on specs and features, at least it had some decent footage of some well restored trucks.
OMG!!! Just hire a REAL PERSON to read the narration.😳
Pa
I really wish automakers would go back to the classic roots of design, they're becoming completely dullard in style. 😕
I would take anyone of those old trucks, to the overpriced, way too much technology trucks of today !
Waste of time.
What a horrible video! The narration was meaningless drivel.
I hate fake computerized voices. Aside from that I liked the video. Just lose the fake voice and narrate it yourself.
Salut my friend super car super video subscribe subscribe .....
You speak of Dodge Sweptline then spend half your video on Dodge step side. Your credibility has fallen!
Love the trucks the video sucked
