UPDATE: after reading comments I did a deep dive on fluoride and I would *highly recommend* switching to a hydroxyapatite toothpaste instead! Works as well as fluoride in studies but non toxic. Just bought this one urlgeni.us/amzn/_a1H0

Once you use a water flosser (water pick) you will never go back. The difference in efficiency is monumental. (Same same a bidet, but that’s another subject for another day!)

I was using Waterpik once and my crown came off 😩 I'm traumatized for life, unfortunately, because it is a great product for oral health. The trick is to keep your mouth closed so you don't spray water everywhere.

Mine has always been long & bushy - super embarrassing! But now I have noticed my 7-year old too has the same nose hairs. Apparently the long thick hair on our heads means we have the same in our noses too 😥

Please do your own research. I work in the dental field and as helpful as waterpicks are, they can not go between your teeth where they touch. Flossing is the only way to do that.

Dental hygienist here! The Waterpik is a fantastic tool especially if someone doesn’t do very well with traditional string floss. I see massive improvements in gum health because most people are using string floss incorrectly. I would still try using string floss at least once per week if you are only using the Waterpik.

You provide great info as well as great links. I ordered the body scrubbers - incredibly inexpensive! - and the Coco floss, which I've been eyeing anyway. As for deodorant, if you use Lume you won't smell for up to 72 hours! Is it cheap? No, but I only use it every other day or even every third day and use the Old Spice with the scent I adore in between. I've been doing this for close to 3 years and it works great! Their soap, which acidifies the skin, also stops odor for 24 hrs - regular soap is too alkaline to stop odors. Try it - I'm a huge convert! You've got this Brittany - you're in my prayers twice every single day!!

Thank you for touching on sensitive things that others want. You always do such a wonderful job. I haven't ever liked loofah. Just for the fact of bacteria. I been looking into getting a water pick. A few of my friends, told me they quit using theirs because of the mess. So they went back to flossing. I so far have been lucky enough that I haven't gotten long nose hair. I’ve been flossing before brushing for years. It makes more sense to brush away and debris floating around after flossing
