Learning Spanish has challenged my mind. Definitely worth it. I thought, hell, I'm pretty good at English, why not learn Spanish better? Then I picked up French and German, and Python, Powershell.....

Nice. Learning Japanese is challenging, having three writing systems still doesn't make sense but it is worth it.
Another one I think should be in this list is Journalling or writing down and articulating one's thought. This might have some great effects on increasing intelligence.
I would add to the eating well facet…by encouraging us - who desire a sustained intelligence boost, to stop eating by 7-8pm each night…and not until 16hrs have passed (i.e. noon the following day). In other words…adopt and practice intermittent fasting!👍
thank you 1. Question Everything 2. Learn A New Language 3. Read Things That Intimidate You 4. Apply Everything You Learn 5. Exercise Daily 6. Eat Well 7. Sleep Well 8. Set ”SMART” Goals 9. Reality Check Yourself Often 10. Spend Time in Nature 11. Meditate 12. Practice Mental Exercises 13. Engage In Artistic Activities 14. Have Meaningful Conversations 15. Always Aim To Be Smarter Than You Were Yesterday
Loving these recent longer style videos guys! Q.O.T.D: The one that I need to work on the most is having more meaningful conversations. I live in the "hood" so having these kind of conversations idtricky af. But I am constantly seeking to network via meetups n me and the lad in the mirror love to go deep whenever something peaks our interest!

Thank you for the brainstorming video 🎉. I think 'Applying Everything We Learn ' is more important to me to practice in the current circumstance. All other points are praiseworthy ❤

Exactly, it is an intelligence enhancement facility.
Reading books is a SUPERPOWER
apply what you learn : ) i think this one is so good because it contains all the 15 habits because if you just know what you learn without actually apply it you won't get that progress that you want
What a wonderful way to fulfil one's life by follow these noble steps. Thanks a lot!!!
Though many changes i need to do but the very essential one that i am taking pledge to set smart goals and do smart efforts to achieve them and also be at least a bit intelligence than yesterday.
Eating more nutritious meals is something that I need to work on.

So do i 😊
This video is so important to help us boot our knowledge. Setting goals is the best among those 15 tips to me. Keep up the good work 🙏
But intelligence is so much more than cognitive abilities to process and memorize information, there is also emotional intelligence
Am here in East Africa, but clearly understand each and every word the Alux lady says. He voice is something else.
ALUX is just the BEST! Their research game is out of this world!! I Love You ALUX❤
Alux always knocks it out the park due to the fact they break it down for those who maybe never have ventured into a higher place or maybe attempted but it didn’t feel natural to the individual. Some may have known this but didn’t have the reinforcement or perseverance to keep moving along in harsh environments where support was little next to nothing.
Always love the content Alux puts out
There are people in this world who live with you since childhood, get up and sit, but when your bad days comes then you can understand their real face that they didn't like you from childhood till now, so after thinking make friends carefully.
I totally agree with you, especially reading things that intimidate me because it is a process of learning everything I want to improve my skills in my life that is worth it.
Alux is my new discovery to personal improvement + growth --- If I knew about this 5 years ago my capabilities could have been at higher levels now.
Was looking forward to the bonus. Overall y’all never cease to amaze and enrich.
it took me years to realise that the most important thing is to Apply everything I learn..
I would love if u covered the topic of how to form systems in our businesses
Sleep!!😴 … I need to get in bed earlier… I’ve honed in the habit of waking early…and get my exercise going by 5am each day… but I’m yet to hone in the habit of retiring to bed by at least 10pm… working on it!!!👍😻🙏🏽😴
Wow Alux..so informative and inspiring ❤.
I very much enjoyed this video! 👍🏿😃🧠💗
It is true, we are all shaped and formed from what we learn and experience in our environments. And we continuously do so the rest of our lives, just as long as we are open to growing every day 😊
@khlifafedi3062

I m not sure and maybe you know more but i feel like most people dont grow that much growing needs first someone open to grow willing and making effort to do that not living life engaging in day to day routine activities without any self consciouness about life for those maybe life is shaping them rather than them shaping themselves through life ...
@TopBizTV
Жыл бұрын
@@khlifafedi3062 i agree with you there Khlifa, I believe it all starts with mindset, and of course, then the actions you take towards what matters most to you, but also that doesn't harm others in the process
"Applying everything I learn"👍👌
Thanks for the effort put in developing this video it is really helpful.🇿🇲🇿🇲🇿🇲 kuchalo
Thanks for this video. We all need a little boost of wisdom or knowledge every once in a while.
Listening to Alux I get up off my bed and stop procrastinating.
I am horrible at getting sleep!!! I need to resolve this ASAP.
I absolutely love this KZread channel, I am constantly getting better at life and I owe a bit of it to your truthful and realistic approach. But I think that a good video would be focused on timing and believing in the facts that back good investments (no matter how long it takes) I have been sitting on certain crypto currency that have not moved much in the past 2 year's!! But as others are falling prey to FUD and false allegations, when it does pump I will be one of the people who benefit. So a video on delayed gratification and holding onto what the facts tell you about a certain investment (#XLMRP) Because even I have almost been shaken out, but instead keep buying more with any extra money I receive. #BELIEVE
Applying everything we learn is difficult because we read good and bad things. And things which we cannot apply. Like, becoming a necromancer after reading the fictional books or character like Dr. Strange. So applying scientific or well organised knowledge in a postive way is crucial for the well being.

Thanks alotes aluxes such a great meaningful lesson's 😊👏👏✌✌👍👍
Just remember you are on your own and only passing through this life don't take things too seriously cos you will probably be forgotten in a generation Just like our grandparents and remember human relations matter most btw I absolutely love your app and I m extremely particular who I say that to
Great points! I'd add to this that it's not a one-time boost, but improving one's cognitive abilities is a matter of exercise, so it has to be a continuous practice! I like framing it as cognitive hygiene and I recently created a video about it.
Opening myself up to books that intimidate me.😎
What about "programming language"? Thanks Alux!!!

Now we're speaking AI on top of COBOL, assembler, etc. and a couple of human languages too!
While spending more time on your actual goal is the best way there, supportive activities can give you perspective to give you more tools to accomplish your goal and complete it better.
With given good health, there is only one way to experience and learn, that is through ACTION.
Thank you, Alux for sharing this amazing video.
Learning is the key to why we have progressed from ape to being smartest outcome of evolution.all points mentioned are relevant to becoming intelligent.ifeel concentration and meditation is most importsnt
Being curious and inquisitive will help you absorb and retain alot of information. . Thats why when a child is talkative and question everything dint shut them up. Appreciate they are turning to you for answers they will respect you. If you shut them up they will resent you and disrespect you.
Thank you for this reminders!!
Thanks for your webinar ❤ it was indeed knowledgeable 🤝 thanks 🙏
Applying learned knowledge - that is such an important point❤Tx, Alux❤❤❤Amazing🎉

Millionaires are made in crash, so the more stocks drop, the more I buy, in the meanwhile I'm just focused on making better investments and earning more, apparently there are strategies to 3x gains in this present market cos I read of someone that pulled a profit of $350k within 2months, and it would really help if you could make a video covering these strategies.

The strategies are quite rigorous for the regular. As a matter of fact, they are mostly successfully carried out by pros who have had a great deal of skillset/knowledge to pull such trades off.
