Amazing video...except the bonus which is a book by a proven fraud. Loses money even on a casino, doesn't pay contractors etc...bit disappointed that @Alux didn't find that out when doing research.

Financial books have been so helpful. I bought my 1st home at 21 for 87k sold for 197k, 2nd home 170k and sold for 320k, 3rd 300k and sold for 589k and buyers paid all closing costs expenses etc... It is possible and very lucrative as long as all steps and details are followed.!!

Shreyas SRIVASTAVA I would start with “how we bought a 24 unit apartment building” Then “the book on rental property investing” Then go by which title sounds like it would help you most! I’ve also made a few videos on general tips if you wanted to check those out!

Never co-sign on any loan, don't get married, invest in education, learn about investing & wealth, avoid lending money, study multiple streams of income, read more, max out IRA Roth every year, live frugal, listen to positive audio books, get a library card & use it, consider tech/trade school, study passive income, avoid drugs & those who use them, be open to new ideas, max out 401 K at work, be careful who you bring into your life, study wealthy people, take care of your heath, attend success seminars, pay bills on time, set goals, build credit score, always strive for self improvement.

So? At 2 I own 23 properties.

I'm currently living with my parents and I disturb them all day by telling what I read everyday . I think unknowingly it is a great way to remember what you read. And now I’m currently about 80% through "Playbook to Millions by Grant Cardone. I have read a lot of entrepreneurial books and self improvement books, and this book is my absolute favorite. This book is extraordinary and really gets you to work extremely hard toward your goals in life and succeed at multiple different areas like personal finance, business and career. This is an absolute must buy if you need a push to get you going in business or you want more out of life.

I love the first book "Crushing It". It reminds me of how I started as a Real Estate Agent and learned to read and read and understand what is the concept behind the content of every book. This is a must for New Real Estate Agents! So crush it now, while it is still hot!👊🤗

I practically jumped out of my bed as soon as I what the notification was but of course I had to meditate first before I watched. I'm a new real estate agent with Keller Williams, so I already knew this was going to be by far the best and most useful video you guys have put out so far. I already have "The Millionaire Real Estate Agent " book and Donald trump's audiobook. This was definitely a great way to start the day! Yes real estate is hard but this really helps!! I am a realtor in California and I know that real estate is crucial. I wish I Would Have taken psychology in college more so that I could deal with some of these buyers and sellers.

The books by Gary Keller are very good. I'll have to check out the books by Brandon Turner.

It is not an easy career. But if this is your passion, go after it like Capt. Ahad after the Whale in Moby Dick! Also, buying Flood Insurance and a lot of it!

Plz also make online business books as we all know how online business is everywhere ....but for beginners books would helpful to grow there business

Real estate especially that first property is important. Its gives u security. Generally though I prefer stocks over real estate for my investing portfolio on my channel.

Do one one the best 15 sales books. Sales is the lifeblood of any business.

Pity you guys never included REITS. Two books that I would add are Ling And Archer Real Estate Principles: A Value Approach, Brueggeman and fisher Real Estate finance and Investments There is a book on Reits can not remember it o the bat.

I don't want to try to juggle two new concepts and risking my money. Though realestate is out of the question because I don't have the money for it. Despite everything saying "well, get the money!" I don't fucking know how and them saying it just isn't helpful. 🤷‍♀️

Okay, when you get the audio book, do you get the written book as well? As in, if I download the audiobook, that also includes the written stuff so I can read along with it, correct?

I have read “Real Estate Investing Gone Bad” and I can vouch that I learnt a lot. You can also listen to Phil Pustijovski’s youtube blogs. They are a gold mine of Real Estate knowledge.

O'SSÉIN - Master Your Mind With Me Grant is the real Deal. He has awesome books! I would recommend the audio on audible. I don’t know where you found bad reviews about his books...check out the reviews on his website, there are hundreds to thousands of 5 star reviews.

Hi, What about books on sales and marketing? You guys should do a video on that.

Please suggest to us 15 books you would think can make a person start heading for a path to become wealthy. This will be a useful tool for both me and fellow Alux subscribers.

And the NUMBER O N E how to make money on Real Estate that no expert or guru will tell you about is: In Real Estate purchases, ALWAYS take over and retain an existing 25 or 30 year mortgage in its lest 5 year leg with the house purchase if existing (In fact, look for these properties). NO MATTER what the indicated interest rate be on such existing mortgage. Effectively, if it's the last five year leg of a 25 or 30 year mortgage, the effective interest rate is ZERO INTEREST, as per the instalments are 100% against the principal at this stage.

Thanks so much for sharing. This is a best channel. Investing in real estate is a best decision always

Yeah, I'm not convinced on the bonus book. He's filed for bankruptcy several times, has ripped off many people, has many lawsuits against him, has failed at many businesses, and has a long record of lying. Integrity, rapport, and reputation will get you a lot further in business.

I was with you all the way up until the bonus book Alux. I overlook #10 even though the idea of flipping houses is fundamentally not ideal for long term investing, however I cannot overlook the recommendation of a book written about Trump. This is cause for concern & makes me skeptical about the validity of the other 15 recommendations. 🤔

@@pythondeuce1174 just because someone has money does not equate them to having true "value". Looking deeper into the way a person acquires value tells more about that person. If the person gains wealth via inheritance, crimes, backdoor deals, & shady/illegal business practices then launders aforementioned money via "storefront-style" processing, I most likely will pass on that person to be my role model.

Cass ha I’m not saying you have to have him as a role model or take his financial advice. Knowing how , what, and why he thinks and his mentality toward certain things is definitely a value. Your personal feelings toward Trump shouldn’t cloud your studious mind on an entrepreneur who sold an entire nation and closed the biggest deal in history in becoming the 45th president of the United States. That’s why you or anyone else regardless of how you view or feel about him should read the Art of the Deal.

@@pythondeuce1174 Your 1st sentence is correct. However, I am very familiar with Trump's work, which is precisely why I have no interest in literature as it relates to Trump. My "personal feelings" towards Trump doesn't cloud my decision making- I work with facts & historical data. As a result, I love 14 out of the 16 recommended books Alux has shared with us. Donald Bren is Republican & Barbara Corcoran is Democratic- both have value add to offer. Political sides play no role in my pursuit of financial freedom - morality does.

You guys should do a video on the best books for publicity, branding, or public relations.
