At 45 seconds into this video we have seen this very entrance to the estate just outside of Nice France looking over the Cote d'Azur.
These homes are not for families but to show off. I wouldn’t want a house this big not necessary

It's Mad there's soo much wealth out there that is wasted
$100 million to save $600,000 a year in property taxes on a $50 million dollar asset can't be recouped in that buyer's own lifetime. Dude realizes after buying siblings out whichever of his kids keeps it won't be able to sustain that kind of tax bill. Every well-to-do family should have a fortune founder with as much sanity about himself. Huff's place in Missouri ended up not being built to the tolerances specified because the concrete contractor skimped on the densifying fibers. So...to get to that level, you either have to be a 1: great investor, good real estate or talented entertainer. Get cracking people!
Why is it, the more money one has, the tackier their sh*t is??? that is just my opinion. Seriously, there are homes around the world, that are not grand, but beautiful none-the-less and not taking up the UNIVERSE with its massive layout. Personally, not a fan of big ass homes, but I like nice homes and if I had the money to drop on a trillion dollar home, it would look like a livable, home that feels lived in and not cold like a museum.

🥱 very nice …way too big, too much to be comfortable and lived in. Even if I had the money that some may have , most of my money would go toward charities and the homeless. It just seems like a waste to have so much and not share most of it 🤔 besides if it were not for the little people some would have nothing close to what was shown. JS
