I buy exactly the same kalimba as yours 15$ one's .. comes with 3 dead tines on the last 3 highest notes...

I am sorry to hear that, ofcourse buying products from Aliexpress will unfortunately always be somewhat of a gamble, with the chance of receiving faulty products. Have you tried tuning it? Kalimbas are not always perfectly tuned on arrival. Also if the problem keeps persisting, make sure to contact Aliexpress, i am sure you will get a refund if you state you're case.
