It looks nice. It's also 4' longer than my permanent house.

I know it’s up to personal preference but I dislike seeing a porch built in with the limited space. For very little money a shed roof could be added to the front or rear of the cabin to have a shaded place to sit and would protect the living area from the elements.i think it would also make the unit much stronger and add 84 square feet to the cabin

@@hollywill2226 We do deliver any of our Pre-Cut Kits to Alabama. If you are looking for this particular style, we don't sell this as a kit but only as a fully assembled turn-key. However, you could still essentially make this building as a kit with a little bit of finagling with another style called the Gable. I'd recommend calling in and speaking with a Cottage Associate directly. They can work with you on the details of the design that you like and help you replicate as close as possible, along with getting you a proper quote. 866-297-3760

Hi brother.. always love your cabins...I am 56 years old I am a former builder after my divorce I let the years slip by thinking I had a few more years of health... until my heart attack. I own my land but I must build a stick fram house on a foundation . I can't get a loan until I pay off my debt of 11 thousand dollars..after that I can but I am on a fixed income and also have to use my land as down payment and also have 10 precent down. My land is free and clear and also it's a nice piece of land 7 Acer's with well septic huge power on pole and a 1200 square foot building. Tornado shelter also. It has only one neighbor quarter mile away. Black top road near Dead end river running thru the property and a wet weather creek this is all 800 feet below my upper land building site. Half in hard wood other half I had cleared off . Their will never be any neighbors across the road from me behind me to the left to me or to the right side of me. Beautiful huge farm 6 generations .so that's why I will never have any one near me. So it's a prime pice of land with great views. Off the 800 foot bluff is such a wonderful view I had it cleared for a perfect building site. The schools in area are 5 star county school. Kindergarten this high school under one roof. Haven't see that in many years

You can have a basic plumbing package installed in a fully assembled building built by us. Or you can purchase the shell building and work with a local plumber who can do the installation for you.

Kitchen sink drain into a bucket, building not wired, shower drain out thru the flloor, meant for temporary living. How much is it?

How about a 12' X 32', 3 ea. 36" ext. doors, 8 Awning windows. Metal roof? You would think Arizona, Idaho, Oregon, or Washington would have a production line. Two head Mini-Split, 1.5 bath...No Loft for seniors...Centr Wall plumbing and we can do IKEA cabinets.???

Curt Thacker , if that building is going up north then it’s understandable why he has the door swinging inside, did you ever try opening a screen door to the outside after it’s been snowing all night?

Do people usually paint, stain or treat exteriors? For sure would go with metal roof. How would this perform in Florida with humidity and bugs?

The exterior siding is often coated with a protective layer within the first year. Some customers have painted, while others choose to keep the wood aesthetic and use a protective water sealer like Cabot Australian oil or linseed oil. This should hold up well even in FL if you use a protective layer to make sure that moisture does not get trapped in the wood.

Also, by chance, do you have any information on counties in FL that allow such a structure on a lot without a primary dwelling? I see them all the time even with water and electric hooked up, but when I inquire about doing this on a vacant lots the zoning department shuts me down. I know there is sometimes an irrigation loophole people use in land outside the city.

Hogman Go , If you live in an area where there is lots of snow you will be happy that the door swings in. 2 1/2 feet of snow outside your door in the morning try pushing it open.

This Camping/Solar Cabin is offered as a fully assembled model and is already wired for solar and gray water plumbing! We do all the work so you can take it easy

I'm think of selling it because I can't build anymore it can hold two big home's or cabin's or many small cabins no restrictions . It's rated for two house site's. I have all utilities in place I payed out of my skull Price's for this land 7 Acer's but very very nice . I was offered 120 thousand. But 10 years ago I payed around 150 k for everything the septic was extremely expensive because I was on river and my electric was 12 a foot to bring in almost a mile all underground .so yes 150 just to get my money back and break even . But no takers yet in the area..but maybe I need to list it on national real estate list.the land is in Missouri area near springfield missouri 30 minutes North off highway 13. Nearest Town is Bolivar Missouri and halfway Missouri. College Christan Town.

To much wood for my taste and 34,000 is a lot,I would prefer an RV but if you are rich it would make a nice camp.

If you use vintage wood it would sell much better classic doors and windows reporpus tin Cristal door nob's there's a reason that cliant has vintage heating units possibly of higher oualty material that has proven the test of time at a cheaper price but buitiful design and craftsmanship

That would be Texas ,South East Texas and I am disabled and don't have anyone to put it together. Right now I am weighing my options because I am disabled, and my house was in Harvey just as many others ,but the ceilings have fallen through in a couple of the rooms and now I worry about mold and my breathing. On oxygen 24/ 7 everyone in the family are trying to repair their homes and or restructure their lives so it isn't easy for anyone here right now.

How much is one wired for electric also, and with hardware for the faucet etc, a real toilet?
