(148) UNDERWATER RESIN DIORAMAS WITH AIR PLANTS
It's been a wee while since I uploaded a video - moving house and holidays etc. But I'm back!
I hope you enjoy this How To video of these underwater resin dioramas. Give them a try or perhaps attempt something similar.
MATERIALS USED:
Slice of log
Air Plants
Sand mixed with Elmer’s Glue All
Real Shells, pebbles, starfish
Plastic plants, jellyfish, and turtles
UV resin and lamp to attach plastic plants and jellyfish
Bombay Ink: Turquoise
Naked Fusion Resin (Deep Pour for the ocean and regular to paint the log)
KS Resin - Both regular, and Liquidity Split
Hot Glue
Perspex/Plexiglass (.05mm thick)

Ohhh Jules! I loveeee these dioramas 🥰 I certainly will have this in mind for a future project! Omgosh your blooper IS exactly the same thing that happens to me all the time hahhaaah! I could have a channel on bloopers alone 🤣😂🤣

I love how these turn out, so pretty. Have you tried brushing on Satin or Matt Wood Varnish all over the Wood, so it looks natural and dull and then the Resin shinny as you do it. You do such a beautiful job on your work. Im going to watch another video now ❤ From Cheryl in 🇬🇧 UK xxxx

They are from a fallen hollow tree at our old house. My hubby took a chainsaw and cut me slices.
