Beautiful! Quite innovative. You're not stupid. It just happens you're in a hurry and excited. It happens to me all the time and I've been doing this for a number of years. One thing you're able to do when you have more experience, is most of the time , correct the mistake. Great piece.

do you use any kind of ventilation while using resin?

Yes. I have an air purifier and on warm days I open windows.

Why are you not wearing a vapour mask. The resin fumes are toxic.
