    If you have low T, working with a medical provider who not only knows how to interpret bloodwork in nuanced situations like this, but also knows how to identify if you may have something structurally unique like a Varicocele, is critical. For turnkey bloodwork panels that reflect the most up to date literature, or self-service labs where you can add your own specific biomarkers to a cart and create your own panel, and high level providers, check out Marek Health: bit.ly/373k791 (code MPMD will save you 10% off your first blood test).

    Hey Derek, long time listener/ watcher of your content. Was wondering what your thoughts are for a 27 year old with 190 ng/dL… these were my results in late 2021. I have since then not had my labs done due to not having health insurance. Currently 30 and have a lot trouble losing weight and my memory has depleted tremendously since then. I’m not sure if I just need to lose weight and take some vitamins or if actually need TRT. Would appreciate any thoughts bro 💪🏼

    Derek without your Chanel I would be in a terrible place, Figured out during august 2023 after watching your videos religiously since December 2022 that I had EVERY low t symptom. Went to a doctor, got a blood test, my test was 11ng/dl. Not free, that was total. Turned out I had a cancerous tumor called germinoma on my pituitary and pineal gland. I started full hrt including trt in October 2023 at 16 years old. Now at 17 50mg a week IM my quality of life has skyrocketed. Way more muscular, leaner, stronger, denser bones, energy, libido, body hair, facial hair, no brain fog, the list goes on. Anyway, I appreciate what you do brother. Loving the consistency in posts lately.

    I also have varicosile. Didn't find out what it was until about 6 or 7 years after my general doc put me on trt. I figured it was too late to fix it at that point. That's what they told me anyways. I'm 50 now so it doesn't matter anymore. Don't go to a general doc for trt. If I had gone to the specialist that actually told me why I had low T, it might have gotten fixed when I was younger and I wouldn't have been infertile all my life. I adopted a wonderful son that I would give my life for, but it still always hurts a little that I could never produce children. Because the fucking GP just saw low testosterone levels and said replace it, without figuring out why it was low in the first place.

    If anyone could answers I’d appreciate it. I’m 33 years old, I haven’t done weight training since high school football. I’m 6’2-6’3 242 as of this morning. I started lifting about 2 months ago. I’ve been following the dr. Regiment for hypertrophy the best I can. Well the main question is, my coworker, who is an experienced power lifter and training buddy does gear and he has suggested it for me multiple times. I have been considering a test only 250 mg cycle for 10 weeks along with the supplement that keeps your test active along with the supplement to keep my estrogen in check. Should I wait another 6 months to a year to get my muscles adjusted to gaining mass and try to maximize my “natural” gains as much as possible, or is it fine to hop on because the dosage level is so low it’s basically an athletic trt dose. My idea was 200-250 for 10-12 weeks then 50-100 for 6-8 weeks, then a 6-8 week at 400. Any and all advice will be greatly appreciated.

  • @thebiggestpanda1

    @thebiggestpanda1

    250mg isn’t an “athletic TRT” dose. That’s a cycle and it’ll shut you down. I honestly wouldn’t bother though. It’s just unnecessary organ stress and endocrine disruption for gains you could likely get naturally. Just enjoy the process of self improvement and remember that you need to weigh less than you think you do to get really lean.
