These kinds of videos are not useful to anyone whatsoever. It's just entertainment. If you're natural the only thing that's gonna happen is getting blackpilled because of the "natural limit" that Jeff is pushing for some reason. These last videos are truly a disapointment from Jeff.

@@UnhumanNewman yeah that I somewhat agree with, however even then, how exactly does that impact your life as a natural lifter? I personally don't really care how much do steroids do because I'm not interested in doing them whatsoever. Instead of "informing" people about how big of a differnece they make (which actually might convince some people to jump on them - it's still the fault of the person jumping on, people who decide to do drugs are repsonsible for themselves, but still), just either don't talk about them or inform about their dangers and effects in an objective manner. There certainly are people who believe that you can "use them safely" but I don't think there's anyone who thinks that they don't work in terms of muscle growth. P. S. There's no natural limit.

Check out the small KZread channel "anabolic bodybuilding" on KZread, paul is a pretty big guy, 49 years old, and had some loose skin from when he stopped going to the gym, and got fat. He had surgery to get it tucked but said he regrets it, because there's just weird lines everywhere. So having a tiny bit of loose skin is not going to be the end of the world if you're 220+ and have a good amount of muscle.

I've seen a lot of sketchy height increasing routines targeted towards desperate teenagers recently. I'm concerned a lot of these are pretty dangerous or just completely time wasting. I'm really hoping Derek will see this and make a video explaining the complicated science around growth plates. Please upvote so Derek will see my suggestion.

-0.5mg oral Dutasteride Monday, Wednesday, Friday -5mg oral minoxidil daily -Ketokonazole shampoo every other day - I have been doing this protocol for almost a year and went from a Norwood 3 back to a Norwood 2 (mature hairline). I’ve had no side effects (sexual dysfunction, depression, head fog, water retention, reflex tachycardia ect.) I started with 1mg finasteride daily for a year but it only stopped further hair loss. The protocol above has regrown hair and I would say it’s night and day from a hair density perspective. I wish I would have started 3 years earlier and may still have a Norwood 1 hairline. Hope this helps someone.

Back in 1989 we never got blood test and the only info we had was Dan Dushane anabolic steroid hand books , I started at 19 but was lifting since the age of 12 and the only reason I got on PEDs was because the guys I trained with started and putting on size and strength leaving me in the dust. I have to be honest and say I wouldn't have changed a thing and back then I read everything learning about steroids and was one of the few to use low amounts and two 6 week cycles a year, I quit at 22 and I did go for 8 weeks on my last cycle using sustanon and anadrol 50 and did 3 cycles that year. The only thing I would have changed would of been using HCG after coming off cycles.

Hey not related but first cycle here. Decent natty physique base. Probably couldve used more work but made poor choices and now im on 250 test e a week split in two doses. Im on week 3 right now about to take my third dose. I got my vial tested and it is actually test e at 263 mg and since i started taking it my veins are popped and ive gained 14 pounds. My bench went up 30 pounds in 2 and a half days of which i wasnt putting up extreme numbers before or anything but thats a big gap for a few days. I also take 20mgs of cardarine a day and eat about 6000 calories on average and pretty healthy for the most part but still have abs granted i also do cardio 7 days a week and have always had a huge metabolic rate. I just need to know if im hyper responding because its my first cycle or if i might be a hyper responder in general or do i just have my training and diet locked in enough to see decent results quickly. Id like to repeat this isnt a flex. I am still alarmingly average but there is already visible difference and enough for people who see me in the gym often to call me on it.

@steviejrr I posted a few months ago but I'll give an update. After pct I ended up keeping about 17 pounds. And gained 29 total. Stayed on the cardarine through pct so the water cut pretty dry. Still alarmingly average but I think if I cycle again I can for sure refine my training and will always have new things to learn. Pct wasn't my favorite but it is what it is. I know I only gained so much because I started so small.
