    Jim Jackson is the only person I've seen get Gil to sit back. He's very articulate and intelligent. Back in the day he was in his way to stardom before the injury, man what could've been. Great interview! Love to see him get in a front office somewhere, he's got the mind for it

    @@Handysoccersc he was unreal in college and in high school. He was way better than good... he was great. And I'm a Michigan fan but I'm from Ohio. He was 2x Mr. Basketball in Ohio... He was a 2x Big10 Player of the year and a 2x All American and 1x Player of the Year in college. Ohio State jersey retired.

    Jim Jackson was nasty, before injury he was averaging 25 points per game, he was my favorite player in 94 when mj retired, what could have been if he never got hurt, people have no idea how good he and mashburn were before getting injured

    I grew up in Ohio and was one of those weirdo Michigan fans.... hahaha. But man I was a huge Jimmy Jackson fan as a kid. I was actually bummed for him as a 7th grader when the Fab Five ( who I LOVED ) upset them in March Madness. Jimmy Jackson in the all grey's was filthy...!! Unreal college basketball player and still had a really good NBA career. Also.. the Mavs only won 11 games his rookie year and 7 of those were when he was in the lineup.

    I never understood Jim Jackson’s career. He was a dope dope dope player that could do it all. I don’t know if he had a bad attitude or what it was but it never made sense why he played on 12 teams and never cemented himself as a anchor of a team. At least a 3 wheel on a team. The dude was a baller
