As someone who has been anorexic i have seen ALL these tips on pro ana websites - it's as if you copied straight off them. You know that your audience is mostly pre teens whose bodies are developing so why make them more self conscious than they already are? look at the comments and see for yourself the thousands of comments from 10 year old girls talking about their weight because of videos like this.

My mind/creativity is the biggest thing I love about me

What I have personally found to be a highly effective way to achieve a healthy weight and stay in good physical shape is to eat a whole foods plant based vegan diet. I reward myself for sticking to this plan with vegan treats in moderation including non-dairy ice cream, dark chocolate, and even the occasional Oreo. That combined with moderate exercise has kept me lean and healthy for over 12 years.
