most dweller mods are not scary but instead they are annoying as sh*t especially the one that stalks then T-posting. But I like the better cave dweller mod it has compatibility in apotheosis making them a miniboss that you can fight with loot rewards

The Illager Additions mod has already been updated for 1.20.1 BUT it doesn't contain the spawn eggs and there are some issues with the appearances of the armors
