It was to protect Neymar from injury that is why the ref. Give him a yellow card. In some countries doing the rainbow flick is a huge sign of disrespect. It will get the opponents very angry and they will foul. It is a silly rule but it was to protect Neymar from being injured. He is most injured player in the world. The ref is just doing his job to prevent a disaster from happening . I hope l clarify the situation.

It’s not banned he just got a yellow card because the referee was delusional or smth I double checked the dude was lying he just got a card and it’s not banned according to FIFA rules.

The Great Liverpool team of the 70s and 80s would often go 1-0 up and then just keep passing back to the goalie (or along the defence)... they were a great team but not very entertaining (that changed when Barnes and Beardsley joined and they became very entertaining).

Neymar penalty rightly banned. The shirt catch rightly banned. But headering the ball while moving along should not be banned or the flick over the head.
