I guess bc I kept the same energy in the cop car & since I didn’t do the whole, “I’m sorry no please let me go.” It made him even madder!! So he made me sit in the damn car for about an hour with the windows rolled up & no air conditioner! Just to be an ass wipe! (What was even WORSE, was that I had previously worked medical, zat the county jail!! Hoping I wouldn’t see anyone I knew or use to work with..unfortunately, one of the officers said “didn’t you use to work here etc..” that was the worst!🫣) Back then I didn’t know what I know now I guess..bc why I didn’t file a complaint against his ass 🤬. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Even though im no longer like that, i still get so fired up about it, when i see videos like this!! & it makes me think of it!!) (I forgot to say, I pleaded Not Guilty & wanted to proceed with “trial”… Which obviously Officer Douchbag didn’t attend! So it was dismissed! If you get pulled over by the cops and they ask you to get out of the vehicle, they don't need a reason to ask. Supreme Court case Pennsylvania vs. Mimms concluded that law enforcement does not have to have any burden of proof to ask you to get out. If they ask you to step out, it's a lawful order and you must obey.
