@@clarifyingquestions . I just checked the listing price for this house is 2.28 million . Not sure where u got 1.25 mill from there is no way this house would sell for that in todays market

In 2 years you can buy houses at half the price so patience always wins. Canadian market is replicating a scenario like the United States housing market. With foreigners tax still market going crazy due to high levels of printing money. Once money printing stops, and people realize that half of the Canadian workforce have been laid off due to vaccine mandates that’s when reality really hits! But great video other than that and a beautiful home

I don't think so. Cause the building cost is keep going up and population increasing. So there is no way to home price to go down ..
