Julie, I mix my gold mica with alcohol to make a fluid and then pour it into the finer areas of a mould and then when the alcohol dries it just leaves the dry mica without getting mica dust everywhere. Thanks for another great inspiring video.

The little silicone brush can be purchased at Dollar Tree in the US. It is by the make up and is called a face mask spreader for applying mineral face masks.

Use shipping tape to pick off those extra dots on the mold. That's how I clean my work area. Picks up glitter perfectly. Beautiful.

It turned out gorgeous every time you kept asking for somebody to say where the bubbles were and to let you know it's hard to tell you because of course you're not live but I felt kind of stupid by saying there's a bubble and you can't hear me but where I saw bubbles at I would say it and you found them of course you didn't hear me but it was so cool and away you do really good work and I love watching you you made my day

This turned out so beautiful! I think you could have added a black rim around the outside since you didn’t want to do the gold if you really wanted a border. Another pretty color combo would be white as the base and then do multi color in the lacing mold!

That is a wonderful and innovative idea to do it that way! Basically like you did the ocean scene!

Oh, those puppies are so sweet! Makes me want to reach through the screen and pet one...and maybe get a deep whiff of that precious puppy breath! The tray is beautiful! I'm glad you spray painted the lace to make it a brighter gold. That would have been my preference if this video was in real time. :-). I think that beautiful lace could be use as a stencil or as an embellishment on a acrylic pour. Even the small ones could be used as such. Beautiful work, Julie!

You know how much I love your work! I think every time I'd do a project, I'd have a couple of coasters or jewelry molds standing by, just in case I had leftover resin colors, and then not have to throw any out. I'm terribly frugal. :) LOVE the seafoam coasters!
