It makes sense they'd abandon thirst mechanics, considering Minecraft has only one kind of Water. Otherwise, you'd be able refill your Thirst meter with a bottle of salt water.

Torch in a glass bulb would cause it to go out after it runs out of oxygen Oil lamps were used that let the movement of gases to still occur Also, torch on head seems quite overpowered, if they made a mining helmet it would definitely have to be a later game item or made from some expensive resources/take up an armour space

I love that Mojang says mining helmets are “too modern”, but have given use the *more modern* powered rails and lightbulbs.

Hostile Mobs need to be fantasy creatures. Wolves and Polar Bears are non-fantasy creatures that are neutral, but become hostile if you attack them.

Back in my day we used to subscribe to Skip the Tutorial with nothing but nuclear bombs and bobby pins. Don't ask us where we got the bobby pins

Hearing 1.8 being called an early version of Minecraft aged me by 1.8 decades

Armor Trims should have its own perks like for Flow Trims, it has a chance or passive skill to throw away any projectiles that is hit on the player, with a cool down of 8 to 10 seconds. You can also upgrade your armor from Leather leggings into like "Leather-Iron Leggings"

You can make a "dirt slab" by hiding a stone slab or any slab under the dirt block and half will stick out.
