unlike most of other sponsored kid riders, Toby actually has style which is awesome to see.

Boss! I was learning how to kickflip and 180 when I was 13... This guy will do big things for the sport!

He is good and might even have a future as a pro, but like almost every pro rider you need the money and advantages for training at young age. I'm sure many other riders would be this good if they had those advantages. I'm not jealous or anything, just saying.

Money and access to more resources may be an advantage, but it doesn't win the game. If the underdog story is your inspiration, than go for it. Give the young dude props for his natural talent.

It sucks because even though i dont want to be a professional snowboarder i still want to be good and i dont live close enough to any resorts to go snowboarding everyday so i go maybe one every two weeks but that still isnt enough for me to progress fast enough.

sinc650 as A snowboarder I would Say I m lucky cuz I live about 10mins away from a ski resort with a pretty decent park. But being a skater, it sucks living with 4 months of summer and not having an indoor park in my town. bottom line you can never be happy where u are and might aswell make the best out of it haha

Nah man, you've got it wrong. Look at Jesse Paul, kid is one hammer away from being full time pro and he wasn't even riding hardly at 13. It's just about the effort you put in to keep progressing.

im13 and started in 2011 I can do board slides grabs and a couple of other tricks, I think that you've progressed ok. why it took me so long is I taught my self to snowboard.
