Bethany Hamilton was attacked by a tiger Shark when she was surfing with her best friend Alana Blanchard and Alana father holt and brother Byron she lost her left arm. She lost 60 percent of her blood.

I'm sure it had something to do with the mentions of Jesus and God... Yeah it seemed like she was uncomfortable but two are credit she didn't contradict the girls beliefs. Maybe she would have done it if the girl was an adult.
