Thank you thank you. I have tons of embossing folders yet some how I just get stuck. This was motivating and educational, I'm impressed how much you crammed into this video. I couldn't stop watching it. Watching this gave me that little boost I needed to just give it a try, like the last little bird to jump out of the nest after all the others have flown away.

So many great backgrounds. I don't think I have a favorite as they are all good in their own ways. I wonder if in that polka-dot patterned paper one you could rub on a white or black ink pad to help bring out the embossing while down playing the dots... Fabulous stuff as always!

Love all the techniques and the outcomes.Ilove doing those types of backgrounds. Wonder about markers on folders. I've done scribbles with markers on a plastic bag, sprayed with water and laid paper on top.👍inks too. Going to have to try it with embossing folders. THANKS FOR SHARING. Really enjoyed it. Going to save to remind me of all of the different types to do THANKS AGAIN.

So much fun! They turned out great for the most part and I can’t wait to see the cards you create with them. I want to try putting white paint on the foiled ones, especially the rainbow. It might be a hot mess or it could be great.

Would a thin sheet sheet of photocopy paper with the vellum stop it cracking?

I have trouble using my Spellbinders Platinum with the embossing folder I have...the techniques suggested are either too loose or too tight. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks so much...can't wait to try your ideas

Hi there, I am glad to help. Do you have the Universal Plate system. I find it the best for 3D embossing folders. It is somewhat new from Spellbinders.

You have a whole lotta delicious backgrounds my friend! Those came out really cool, I especially love the painted ones with the artesia metallic ( the black one that looks gold.... Gorgeous!) Did you see the card I made on instagram using one of the backgrounds you sent me??? I tagged you #Coloradokarbear
