    I’m thinking about this only run 50miles in one go will this be enough

    Hi Scott, It's awesome to hear you want to join the ultra running community and run 50mi! There would be some slight differences between a multi day event and a single stage ultra purely based on the duration of time you need to fuel and be self sufficient for. Plus you might not need your nail clippers for 50mi ;). However, on the whole the advice in the video can be applied to any length ultra event and would be a great starting point to get you planning.
