Hi Dan, I'm a business owner and I can tell you that my most huge EGO it's the 13th, nobody can do it as good as me and, I only have 24h a day like everyone else, so, I can't take everyone's place to do their job, it hurts but I learn to trust as I show everyone to do the job. I saw that my people learn not only the way to work, but the way to express their selves, the way to move and to move into a situation, I'm such kind of contagious infection on them, and they want to be with me for the moment. I came to Canada 20 years ago and I was young and stupid, now I'm only stupid but less and less. Thanks Dan, your words are rich.

I have many of those egos. But I want to Thank you dan. I watched this video 7 month's ago first time. And I've worked on eliminating blame, excuse and justification ego. You're absolutely correct, I do agree with you 100%... at one time in my life I was in fear to reach my goal....then after a time I became very assertive, I became a go getter..I go for whatever I want, I do take a lot of chances in life some win, win sometimes I be at lost.. alot of people commend me to take a lot of chances...I was also a shy person...now I'm a out spoken person...I relized what you av said about your self it's reminded me of my self..

I did most of these things thinking that I'm doing it right, still thinking is is the best way. I learnt a lot. Knowledge is power.

It's my first time watching Dan's videos but I made subscription before watching it coz I had a sixth sense that this is what I needed. Me too I have much of those egos but the strongest one among them is number one: The blame ego☝️ I blamed my parents for being poor but thanks to Dan's opinions I'm going to change that mindset. Now I 've made a Concrete resolution : "I'll get rich or die trying " It was not my fault to be born in a poor family but I 'll strive to be rich myself 💪💪💪

Have goals, take consistent action, measure your success and failures, repeat and create new goals. Ultimately you need to invest in yourself and your business and realize that things often do not happen overnight. Thumbs up if you are committed to success 👍👍👍

If i have to be honest, when im in my unhealthy state I check all the boxes. But what hits me most is that ego that cares a lot about people's image of me. I'm also kind of fake (and maybe a lot) that now I know understand why I always feel like I don't know the real me and I just can't say who I really am. All in all, it's complicated. I'm an Architect, I have been working alone since my university grade, mostly because of this "Do it yourself" ego, the "Fear ego" and in good part the "Know it all ego"; you're right, all of them were blocking myself in doing different things, in working together and having the guts to deal with fear of failures and criticism. I'm now working in construction as part of a team, and the experience es absolutely enriching, also now I realize the lack of knowledge I had back then, I knew shit about the business and the processes, now I consider myself more humble, always learning from others and not the cherry on top of the cake... I'm working now on the fear one, those emotions about failure can't guide my life, so I'll be more risky with my goals and the things I'm ready to sacrifice or deal with to achieve them, always with professionalism, expertise and seriousness, but breaking appart my fear limits. Thank's you Dan, for your honest words and your invested time in this channel.
