I bought one in Thailand Oct 2022 and it came with a fast charger USB to Type C, plus a pair of wire earphones.

I keep getting a notification telling me my set up is 75% and to press to finish set up. When I do so I get a white blank screen. Any ideas ?? .many thx.

Wow, this is one of the best explaining videos I've ever seen. I bought this phone 3 mos. ago but it's still in the box waiting for me. It is only the 2nd cell phone I have ever purchased (my Galaxy Sky 6 yrs ago my first). I bought it to upgrade my slow, weird sounding Sky but was not really sure if it was the correct one for me. Now I feel much more confident in my decision and will be brave enough to take it out of the box and see if I can figure out how to set it up. The technology can be a little scary if your are an older senior. I really want to see your other videos on the set up and beginner tips. Wish I lived closer to you and I could just bring my phone over to you. ha Again, thank you for an excellent and easy to follow/understand video. Hopefully, I will have my new phone set up this week and see how I like it.

I'm older also and bought this phone a few days ago and it really is easy to figure out, it's really a good phone. Good luck setting it up.

@@jameslomenzo1139 I just watched his other video on Galaxy A13 Complete New User Guide, and it was so helpful! I learned more in one hour from him then I did from a 4 wk class I took for Adult Ed Senior Cell phone class. I learned things I never knew and have fought with for 3 yrs on my other smartphone, and now I know why. ha Tomorrow i will use his video on How to Set Galaxy 13A up, and hopefully, be good to go!

I listened to a really long presentation on HSN yesterday and never once was the fact that a charger was not included in the box mentioned. I tried to cancel my order but too late.

Camera is just terrible though, do you know any hacks for the lack of focus??

Play around with the different camera modes.

I bought the 5G version of this, it's a great phone. The A12 I used before only had a 2.4GHz wireless channel, and I at least needed a 2.4GHz/5GHz wireless, the 5G model has what I need to be able to watch movies nicely off my Plex home server while I'm getting chemo. Bought it November 2022. I use T-Mobile and I did a speed test while I was out on the 5G, 441Mbps down/ 48Mbps up. I like that, that's better speed than my home internet from Cox, which the speed I pay for is the 250Mbps speed, but I actually get 300Mbps. The price/performance of my A13 5G is excellent, I would buy it again.

That uv light box doesn't work that was a terrible recommendation. Actually imma be honest my guy all but one of the recommendations you made were awful but that first one was laughably bad.

Great! Just wish the resolution was 1080p vs. 720p.

I bought this and regret it so much. It's awful. So many things missing and not able to customize the way I want. Ridiculous. I hate this phone.
