I recently chopped my hair because I wanted a fresh start after graduation and I regret it now.It's like Emma Roberts kind of length but I've curly hair and it looks so weird.I totally understand why some girls feel so insecure and cry over their hair!And it's so hard to grow the hair out.Miley is gonna need another 2-3 years to be having shoulder length hair.
