My biggest take away: pay attention to the market!!! To what people actually purchase, so I have a nice foundation for my YT channel and business. Biggest takeaway: I really appreciated the advice around making sure to build a mailing list while growing your KZread channel. As a newbie, this is such a great reminder that we need to leverage social channels to drive traffic to platforms where we have more control. Thanks Sunny & Team!

My biggest take away : don’t be afraid of competitors , analyze their success and do better, do You! Thanks for the advice.

First, love that you used a board and markers. I literally felt like I was in a classroom for this one. Biggest takeaway is how important building that list out of your KZread content is because we don't own KZread. Also the analytics segment - finding all the clues as to what is wanted/needed in terms of your content and eventual offerings.

Sunny, this video just clicked, clicked, clicked for me. I love that you actually provide real information that we can turn around and implement and not just generic information that can easily be googled.

Biggest takeaway for me was the fact that I don't *need* to know where to start. Just create meaningful, good content and follow the data. This is super inspiring and is confirmation that I absolutely need to jump back into consistent YT content. I used some of these methods 7 years ago, in a much less efficient and consistent manner, to build an online music following for anime and video game inspired raps. The quality was all over the place. Landed a job out of college and ran away from myself a bit, letting the momentum fall away before I truly figured out what I was actually doing. It's definitely time to get the ball rolling again. Thanks again for the insight and inspiration!

This is so valuable! All I want to be is in that Authority Accelerator Program! I love that you were able to solve a key problem for a number of your clients with one KZread Video. So far, I established my niche, I have my product and I’m launching my business. I can perceive that there will be a great deal of client questions and this is an immensely helpful tip for me to answer these client questions while producing quality content that can lead to a list growth money and greater product sales. This series is so good Sunny thank you.

I learned about your channel shortly after starting to watch KZread regularly for the first time in the beginning of 2019. I downloaded the KZread app purely to to learn how to powdercoat and make epoxy cups, but also found myself binge watching your content. Almost a year later I'm finishing up my cocktail course and have my own channel- and have a new line of powdercoated barware to boot, ha! You're the best, Sunny! I love doing hauls, military wife advice, prank videos and things of that sort but this weekend plan on fixing things up a little and really trying to narrow my niche down for sure but give value through things like hauls and military wife advice and add some of my humor with the prank videos! Solutions for Simplicity thank you! As a new mom I would have loved some type of online parenting course. There are tons of in person classes but unfortunately they’re all offered at inconvenient times. I’ve read lots of books too but would have loved some sort of interaction... so we’ll see where this inspiration takes me 😊

@@DisneyMomLife An online parenting course is a great idea! We never know what we don't know until we're in the thick of it. But don't worry, it's gonna be great! Motherhood is sooooo much more wonderful than anyone tells you (even though it's harder than you expect sometimes, too.) I've had 3 kids in 4.5 years so it's felt BRUTAL a lot of times, and it took me a long time to realize there were lots of places I could go for help. But they're out there! And the best part is, in my experience there's no competition on these sorts of things...meaning, it doesn't matter if someone else has a YT channel similar to what you want to do because people who are looking for what you can provide want to get as much info on that as possible and triangulate it from as many angles as they can!

Oh I so love this video and I love that your hair is backing out of your face because it makes me feel like it’s not like so corporate it’s just a friend talking to a friend more relatable and you look really good with your hair back because I could see your gorgeous face.... my question is I think the reason that talking about social media is a big deal because everybody wants to know how to do it to promote their programs but if you’re not in the social media realm of business it’s definitely not going to be as fast yes it will work it’s just not going to be as popular as the social media evergreen machine. I like how you said even if you don’t know what you’re right I saw yet just keep putting out content I kind a have an idea give me to have like a content calendar plan of where you want to go so you know like if your goal is to build in the email list have an idea have a freebie and start teaching on that that way you give give give and then they want to be part of your program and download it and I’ll give you their email.... For my type a personality is difficult for me to see how getting the emails and things like that in my niche which is the RV newbie market helping people start the RV life with knowledge and power and all that kind of good stuff the product reviews; I’m not saying that in the final outcome as in how I can turn that into an evergreen machine as passive selling where I’m not doing up because I don’t know what I could possibly do in the future that would do that!!!!!

Just start making content and figure it out from there! Great advice that I will definitely try to apply to my channel. Thanks Sunny 😀

It's so brilliant to have a video and to use it to drive traffic into your website - to show it through your social media and to create a circle so people can follow a path until they go to sales page

Even though I already have a product (a Mind-Body-Beauty Detox eCourse + Program) and a mission "I empower women toward wild + free wellness for thier beautiful bodies and babies", I need to stay OPEN MINDED and allow my business to evolve not just in what I want to teach, but also what people are showing THEY WANT from me through the analytics and what topics really take off!! I need to get "unstuck" in my trjectory and let this ride take me where it will! So fun to think of it that way actually... and a little scary.
