Home Depot has pool sand for pool filter

What is the size of your pool?? I’m looking to buy this same pump! How its working?

My pool size is 16X10. This is a sand filter pump. The water in the pool enters the bottom of the filter barrel, flows through the sand, and returns to the pool from the top. It works fine.

What about the ground? It’s telling me I need to ground the pump?
