9 moves, once I learned this trick it saved me soooo much time on my 7x7 cube Edit: on some inner slices he overcounted the moves, it is technically possible to move only the slice and that is what is considered a move. Edit: You are correct Xavier, I miscounted because of the loud counting in the video, thanks.

Funny thing is, the size of the cube does not increase its difficulty once you get past 5×5×5. So 12×12×12 is exactly the same as 4×4×4. It's just more boring and time consuming, but not more difficult.

Basic comm is 8 moves here, not sure why he used HTM on a big cube (?) or why he used a longer comm than the pure comm.

Yea if anyone got 8 that's also correct because he uses QTM (quarter turn metric) where slice moves count as 2 moves but using STM (slice turn metric) it is 8

so when you aciddentally swapped the pieces in a 21x21 it will take 21 moves to swap the pieces to the correct spot?
