12x12 Paper hack for card bases and card fronts/ bust your stash and get the most out of it

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Now I have to say right at the jump that these cutting instructions are based on Slimline, mini slimline and A2 cards. I wanted to share how you can get a variety of sizes from one single sheet of 12x12 paper. This would be a great way to bust your stash and use up some of your papers. I will be following up with another video showing how to use this with a kit. Make sure to hit that bell 🔔 so you don’t miss it. Hope you enjoy the video. Happy Crafting!

Would love to see what you come up with for some of those - also using different card sizes like square cards and 5x7s(may need to go back to 12x12s for efficiency?) but we tend to have those pads hanging around too, especially when we’re not scrapbookerers!

I bought this same paper cutter yesterday at Tuesday Morning! (My Fiskars swing arm was a bit off). I love your measurement set up with washi tape and will do the same for my huge stash. On my channel, I made an early video (ugh, just starting to learn how to film and edit) on making four 5x7 (my favorite size) out of one 12x12. kzread.info/dash/bejne/c5Z7xtuEpKXVdZs.html

Hi Pat, You are a woman after my own heart. I love making cards for donations. It makes my hobby feel so much more purposeful. I am going to use this method in a video this week with an Echo Park kit. Hope you enjoy it. 🌈💕✂️📄🌈 Happy Crafting sweetie.

I’m sorry, but the washi tape method really confused me...I’m better with just measurements.

Hello CS, I totally understand. I probably should have shown the cutting without the washi tape too. I am going to use this technique again next week and so I will try to do some cutting with no washi. It just really helps me cut fast because don’t have to think about measuring. I appreciate your feedback and sharing because it helps me improve. Thanks so much for commenting and watching. 🌈🌈💕✂️📄🥰
