@@jdjuarezx I don't know but I listened to it 2-3 times a day on average and no overnight ofc. At the beginning, I used to do eye vision exercise but it really didn't help at long term at all, their benefits were too temporary and idk if they had any impact on my average vision. I did affirm a lot at some periods but I usually didn't and focused on visualizing

@@_coconut_ I listened to it couple times at night and then I went for my eye test that I had been avoiding for two years. The last time I went I was rushed to the hospital as I was told the back of my eyes were swollen and my eyesight had decreased. This time when I went though my eyesight had only decreased slightly on my right eye and the swelling had remained the same meaning that I was just born with abnormal eyes. My eyes no longer hurt either. Hope this helps!

For example, if the description says, “you get optimal vision and your eyes are great,” rephrase it in your own words while listening, like “I get optimal vision and my eyes are great.” Do that for every single benefit that is listed in the description and believe you will have it. Now how do you believe? Look at all these other people, it’s working for them. They’re human, you’re aswell. Why wouldn’t it work for you darling!! Keep repeating this affirmation and visualize seeing things clearly, like zooming in on a window and seeing it perfectly. Consistency is key, even if progress seems slow. For the past two months, every time I'm at school, my eyes hurt when I look around/move them. I think it's the lighting. Anyways, after just ONE listen, it stopped hurting immeditely! Same. I have one eye that is blurry and cant see from far away,i did some researching,turns out i have simple myopic anisametropia. If you have blurry vision in one eye its called anisametropia. And the other eye might have hyperopia,astigamatism,myopia etc

omg sorry for not updating- and i’m super sorry but i actually completely forgot about this sub and stopped using it 💀 but my eye doctor said my eyes almost didn’t change at all in terms of worsening visions, so there’s that!! i listened to this a bunch of times before my eye appt so my results did come true bc i have a long history of bad vision for the past almost six years and each year they’ve only worsened. finally stabilizing. hopefully this was helpful, best of luck to all ❤️‍🩹!!

My lens is -1.75 in left and -0.5 in the right with 1.0 astigmatism. I've listened to this for awhile yesterday and today(I'm listening as I type this),it has already started working my eyes hurt because of my glasses now indicating I have a different powered lens! Update(13 days later): my eyes are SO much better,l think my right eye is now PERFECT. Not only that,I think my left is a LOT better too. I have and eye appointment today!(4 weeks later)

you can always wear anti-rad glasses on a daily basis. it's still as useful with graded eyeglasses. just don't care what others starts calling you a "wannabe" or something (trust me, it happens a lot from where I'm from. so petty, i know 🙄). there's nothing wrong with wanting to protect your eyes from harsh UV rays. so get that 20/20 vision and still rock those glasses, boo 😗❤️.

EDIT: HELLOOOOO, I know I wrote this comment and the updates a year ago, but I wanted to tell y’all my next eye checkup will be in a month! I wanted to revisit this partially because I’m desperate, but also because I feel I never really gave this subliminal a chance and reallyyyy want this subliminal to work. I will start to RE-UPDATE weekly until my eye appointment so wish me luck! So many things changed this past year, I moved, am in a new school, found out I was gay, all that jazz. BUT I want to make my eyesight improving part of those changes too. Let’s goooo Week 1: Week 2: You know what, lets do this. New year, new me, new and improved eyesight. My glasses are soooo thick, they're -7.5 and -7.75, so I really want this to work. And it will work. I will be sure to update this, and since my winter break just started, I have no excuses not to use this. My next eye appointment will probably be in a year or so, so I have all the time in the world, honestly. Anyways, here it goes: Day 1: I didn’t really notice any difference in my eyesight exactly, but my eyes were in pain from staring at the screen all day, and now it’s sooo much better, and my eyes are more relaxed! 😆 Day 2: I DIDNT DO IT IM SORRRYYYYYY! One of things I noticed before I started using this subliminal was that the color I saw without glasses didn't match the color that I saw WITH glasses. (I think it's called 'true color"). When I would use my glasses, the colours were the same, but they were almost duller, and without glasses, the colors would be fuller, and normal. BUT, now the colors I see are the same as when I see them without glasses. Sorry, I'm really bad at explaining, but that is an update which I'm very happy happened. I'm also 90% sure that my eyesight has gotten better. I can see details on things better than before, (but its obviously still blurry), and more vividly. Also, I didn't use the subliminal the day before I update this BUT I have a reason. I was listening to a lot of moza morphs (another sub maker) videos, as she's manifesting for all users for each of her subliminals. I've also discovered a new subliminal "total eye health" and I've been using that as well, which I think is working very well too. I can also see things farther away from how I did in week 2. Overall, I've seen a lot of improvement from when I started this sub until now, which I'm ecstatic about. I'll update next on week 4! Week 4: Hi, I'm sorry I haven't updated. I wasn't allowed to use electronics for 4 days (excluding school), so I wasn't able to use this sub yet. Lately, I've also been pretty bummed out..I just hate my glasses so much. They make my eyes appear smaller when they are actually quite big. They get dirty easily too. I've learned that when your eyesight crosses -8, you can't get LASIK surgery because your cornea is too thin. I'm so close to being -8. I feel scared that one day I might just go blind. I also feel burnt out, tired of everything. I don't really know if my eyesight has gotten better this week either, as I've only used this sub for 3 days. I've recently developed a fear, that when I have my eye-check-up, my vision will cross -8. I'll try my best to work on my vision!

Okay, so I've been listening for about a week, once a day, and I can already see changes. Usually when I'm on my computer, and I don't have glasses, I can't read any text. Now it's way easier like oml-like, I still definitely struggle a bit, but it's WAY easier. Also, quick tip for some of y'all: if you have glasses, take them off when listening. Have that, "I already have 20/20 vision, so why do I need glasses?" attitude. Idk, it just helped me believe in the subliminal a lot more.

Can't do that sadly because I'm trying to fix my left lazy eye so I need to wear an eyepatch on my right eye I constantly notice. For a lot of adults supposedly it's super duper hard to fix it but with the help with additional things like subliminals, I'm sure I can do it

@@naylisyazwina6836 Hi! Talking from someone who has lazy eyes and learned to "control" them, i recommend practicing by moving your eyes in front of bright lights! Worked better for me compared to an eyepatch, and i fully learned how to control it at 11 :)

Thank you Aurora, I listened to this 3 times, then went to sleep and woke up with my eyes feeling more hydrated than ever. I usually wake up with really dry eyes that burn, so this was a relief!

this is my 3rd day listening and I can read the subtitles while I'm watching tv now which I was never able to before! I'm so happy thank you so much

Hey guys! I think something amazing may have happened as a result of this sub. So, I listened a few times yesterday because my eyes tend to be dry due to having lasik surgery 15 years ago. Guyss this works so well.. like i see mobile , laptop and tv almost half a day but still when I went to show doctor to take reading glasses they told that my eyesight is good and they appreciated me. I was so happy.. like the results are permanent because after one month of listening to this my eyesight is in good condition and has no spectacles
