I wouldn't let my family near me out of fear I would hurt them or the other way around. Same thing with being touched. I love studying religion and spirituality but I had a constant fear of being disrespectful and condemned and hated by higher beings/powers. Some nights I wouldn't sleep bc I was convinced something would happened while I slept like someone breaking in ect. To this day I still have intrusive thoughts but they're much more manageable. And im able to function properly. One thing that has helped me is remembering that intrusive thoughts are just that, thoughts. They have no power unless you give them any and you can also affirm that your intrusive thoughts never manifest. If you decide they won't manifest, they won't plain and simple no matter what your brain tells you. Another thing is remembering that you are not your thoughts and that they don't reflect badly on you. Finally after much research the best way to deal with them is to NOT push them away. Simply let them exist, desensitize yourself to them, just acknowledge their existence and don't react to it. It's hard but once you get the hang of it slowly your thoughts will become much more manageable. Release control it has nothing to do with you, you are simply an observer. Hope this helps, you guys are never alone

@@Kamaboko-j2w sooo i discarded the idea of going to musicals because it was too expensive but my grades did got better even though i only listened to it twice the day i wrote this. i passed my maths exam which sounded impossible to pass!! this really works :)

@Enchanted Workshop Ahhh that just made this sm better! SVSSS was the first mxtx novel series I read (mdzs was the first show) so it holds a special place in my heart. I really like that detail!

Something else I want to manifest, a new home for my family. And a new higher paying job for my dad. My dad gets a job that pays more than 100k a year, and was able to save up to get a new home. We all get our own room, all pretty big. Our bathrooms are beautiful and comfortable and I get my own bathroom. We have a backyard too. We all have our own cars and it’s a really comfortable home that we love and it’s owned by us. My dad learns how to use credit and has a high credit score and so do i, I have my own job and I’m finding myself with varies hobbies and interest. My dad decorates his room with fish and other animals like he always wanted. I have the cutest sweetest little kitten whose playful and gentle and so loving. I’m so very happy and grateful to be able to live here with my family. My dad also was able to buy land upstate so that he can have a farm, he spends a fair amount of time there, so does my brother since they both like gardening. We have a small garden in our backyard that I usually tend to. We get to go on vacations as well and I got around to getting my passport so we can go out of the country. I’m so lucky that my life is so wonderful and full of joy and love and learning. I’m truly blessed, thank you so much to those who watch over me my friends and my family.

Hello there, I don't usually ask this because I know you are already working so hard on your subliminals to help all of us (which, thank you so much, you have no idea how much your subs have done for me, I don't have much money but if you have a Kofi or something I would love to give some of my coffee money to you for a coffee or anything else, I would really like to give back in some way): but maybe if you have time, would you consider making a subliminal on "you have all the time in the world", like how you have enough time to do everything you want in this world and there is no need to stress out? I have been feeling like there is not enough time ever since I was like 12 or 13, and it is so annoying bc I am still very young, I am still a student, I know that I DO HAVE TIME. I know that I am young. And I have a whole life ahead of me. But there is always this underlying feeling of stress that I need to go as fast as possible with everything and I have done so much Shadowwork on it, so much meditation, so much writing, but nothing seems to help. Your subliminals have eased so many of the mental blockages I used to have on things without me even realizing at the time, they just reach my subconscious in a way that's truly magical. so I thought maybe one day if you have the time and feel like it you could do a subliminal on this issue, I think many other ppl could also benefit from something like this. But if you don't have time or don't feel like doing it, I understand perfectly (in that case I would still like to buy u a coffee or anything bc u have already done more for this community than we could ever ask for), I don't want you to put additional stress on yourself trying to do that request on top of everything else you are doing.♥️ I could also just make one myself, I used to make my own subliminals (although they never turned out as visually pleasing as yours
