There is a lot of politics in voting for the best Eurosong. Croatia has over a million ex-pats all over Europe.I think they are going to be the deciding factor to tip the scales in Marko’s favour. Baby Lasagna entered Dora qualifying competition as a reserve; because someone else dropped out. Real Cinderella story. The song is about young people leaving their home (and immigrating to other countries; 400,000 in 10 years) in search of a better life, and anxiety it creates. Yet, the song is lighthearted; the energy unbelievable. It was written, and produced solely by Marko Purišić (Baby Lasagna) in his room in Umag, small town, Croatia. He writes songs (over 200) & books too. First time performing as a singer on a big stage, Marko did great; people of Croatia reacted and gave him the greatest margin of victory ever.
