വികലങ്കൽ ക്കു വേണ്ടി ഗവർമെന്റെ ഇത്തരം വല വണ്ടി കളും ഇറക്കിയത ബഡ്ജറ്റിൽ ഒതുങ്ങത്തതു കൊണ്ട് ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചത .പിന്നെ പരിക്ഷണവഹനം പരിതിയിൽ നിന്ന് 5 കിലോ മിററർ മാത്രം ഒടിക്കാൻ അവകശമുള്ള അതും അധികാരികളുടെ അനുവാധം വങ്ങി ക്കുകയും വേണം പിന്നെ സുരക്ഷ സംവിധനം . ഈ കളവണ്ടിക്ക് സുരക്ഷ സംവധനം ഒന്നും ഇല്ല .എന്തങ്കിലും അപകടം വരുമ്പോൾ നിയമം കർശനമാക്കുന്ന നമുക്ക് ഇതെന്നും പ്രശനമല്ല
