120-Year-Old Foreclosed Home Demolished! | Managing Foreclosed Properties
Hey guys!
We wanted to make a video showing what we do for work (foreclose property management). Also, we wanted to show you guys the 120-year-old house that we cleaned out that ended up getting demolished. Thanks to you guys for inspiring me, just going into the business, was called for walk through this week for the first time and bcuz I didn't really know what to charge, the agent said the houses were over priced, I'm just praying to be able to get the contract, that will make a lot of difference.

GET SOME PLUG IN alarms that have flashing lights on them, also some timers for a light or two. a little more expensive but is a mobile network linked to an alarm or some old phones with appropriate apps that will send you a warning if triggered. you can also buy a little box that looks like a tv that is on, costs about £20 or a second hand tv, maybe one that is left in a house. out of curiousity how many houses do you manage.

We will have to check that out. Thanks Mark! A lot of properties have been selling lately but around 20 or so at the moment.
And maybe I'll have to get someone in NY that can help to evaluate properly before submitting the invoice price. And please share how to find foreclosed properties. Happy New Year! ❤🥂🍾💃💃

We contract for a foreclose property management company so that's how we get a lot to clean out. Could look into contacting a business who deals with them or a real estate agent that has connections in the business.
