That's very nasty... He used his injury against him...
Yeah, don't think Goddard should have been wrestling with that shoulder injury. Bad call by the trainer, IMHO. Hope he's okay.

And the parents
He did that on purpose! You can tell if you watch it in slow motion. Its a direct slam to the shoulder. Then watch his face. Not even one HINT of concern for Goddard. In fact, he almost looked pleased! He should have been disqualified or fined points.
That looked intentional to me. I’m not impressed. The guy with the injury probably shouldn’t have been wrestling with the preexisting injury either.

That's cause it WAS intentional. Watch it in slow motion. You can tell he deliberately did it! I've been to enough wrestling matches since high school to tell a bum steer when I see one! he should have been disqualified for unsportsmanlike conduct.
Sospechoso, el arbitro deve ser imparcial y ahi se le ve una sonrisa con el otro luchador como burlandose del chico accidentado.
He should have not been allowed to participate since he was injured not a good decision by the coach!
Why wrestle when he is already injured?🤨
I loved that momentum move, though right on the shoulder...
The boy in blue should not have wrestled. Speedy recovery 🤗
This is quite a dangerous 'sport', especially for young people. It seems very popular in the US and Germany but not in other countries. Why? Fatal injuries to the spine or head could happen. It's absurd. I am a doctor and I cannot find an explanation for this kind of activity; it is not a sport for me.
You can clearly tell that coaching from sideline which should not be allowed during a match told D'Alessandro to use Goddard's obvious injury against him by slamming him to the mat for the win for D'Alessandro. Having said that if your in any sport out there trying to play through the injury it is nasty but the injury will be used against you. His coach should never have let him wrestle with his injury.
What the heck...is that kid getting trained at the Cobra Kai or something?
He was working him the kid was barely defending doubt the Matt return on his shoulder was intentional
In the first action, the official was an imbecile, who should have blown the whistle and paused the match, until a trainer was called to mat-side. How depraved was this?
He should have been DQ
🥺🥺😭
damn he ended him
He seems numb to the fact that he just hurt an injured person, that’s kinda scary… serious sociopath vibes from him.

Hey, wrestling is ruthless. Can't go easy on an injured opponent.

He shouldn’t be playing if he’s injured

Yeah I'm kind of sick of the hurt the opponent mentality. Shouldn't be body slamming people. This is not is not the theatrical stuff

@@jamesmaysflyingwashingmach7459 It's still a sport and not war. Besides if you hurt everyone you wrestle with, the sport will die too. This is why sports and the sportsmanship spirit is used to promote peace. That kid hurt and showed no sympathy, no empathy. That's scary and wicked coming out from a kid of his age...

THATS because he did it deliberately. Watch it in slow motion. You can tell. And not only was he PLEASED about it, but he was acting cocky too! Wrestlers who injure other wrestlers by accident show concern for their opponent. I've been to enough matches and tournaments since high school to know that fact!
He could have beaten him without doing that, Don't wrestle injured.
This guy should not be allowed to wrestle. He picked the other guy up and slammed him down on an obviously injured shoulder.
Unfukkenbelievable and wrong.
Should not have been wrestling with that shoulder, paybacks are a bitch.

Yeah if it's so bad that a simple throw incapacitates him, how did he expect to win?
