But, I had lots of opportunities to have a girlfriend, one girl in particular would not leave alone she would ask me for my number and all kinds of crazy crap and would not take no for an answer. The reason I don't have a girl is bc I'm waiting for the right one..... thanks Dre your videos helped me out alot.

Man that is extremely smart. To be 17 with this much sense is amazing. Besides that you should be planning to build yourself first so that you can increase that probability. Man I wish I was 17 with this outlook you will save yourself a lot of valuable time. Most females at 16,17 to even 30 are very much behind as far as maturity. You are wise beyond your years. Just make sure you make each year you get older worthwhile as far as growing.

I dated a girl about a year back, and I ignored a lot of red flags. I was too infatuated with the idea of dating someone, that I was willing to ignore things that I knew were big problems. We're both Christians, but she had different standards than me. I wasn't comfortable with swearing, but she didn't see a problem. She preferred a very different style of church to me. How she treated people, was like your 4th point. These things I put off worrying about just so I could be dating. But God taught me that a fun personality (because I loved being around her, and still sometimes miss it) is nothing if your values are different. Now, I look first for what values a woman holds. Does she believe what I believe? Still looking for my Proverbs 31, but now I'm actually looking for her and not someone else.

Loved the video. To your point about not judging, that's something many people (even Christians) dont understand. It's about making a false judgement against someone. We must judge a righteous judgement against someone for our own physical, mental and spiritual safety. If you notice that someone's actions are shady and may severely impact you, you're gonna judge that person in the sense that you must seperate yourself from them. Or you can also judge someone to be upright and honest based on the facts.

@@himeshsinghshishodiya I haven't been lifelong single. Though most relationships I ve been in, i ve been in a hurry end them. When I was 20 the internet was not heard of. By the time I was 30 it was almost as omnipresent as it is now. It became so much easier to hit up on the face of it BUT miles more difficult to have REAL relationships. I dunno if you're from Western country, so much is gone wrong in our whole culture, all is smoke and mirrors. And there and guys that never had fathers or worse by far girls that didnt; or worse still a weak father figure. I ll give you a piece of advice. And I swear on it. I agree with a lot you said in this video, however I'd also like to add some things. I live in Eastern Europe, my girlfriend also does, and let's just say that our families are simply miserable. The "typical" East European (Hungarian) people who always complain about even the smallest things, and are basically unable to live a life without some sort of addiction, and evefy time we try to help (I'm very into fitness, diet and her as well, while she's also very spiritual and loves self improvement) they simply disregard every one of our words, because it's easier for them to stay in their comfort zone. It's infuriating, since it goes on in most East European families, and if someone is more weak minded it can easily kill their ambition towards life, when literally everyone around them tries to bring them down. All in all I just wanted to say that if a girl has a miserable, depressed family with divorced parents, a failure of a father and an overly disrespectful mother, I think wanting to break out of that is actually a good thing but to some might come off as a red flag if she's assertive and draws boundaries with people who don't do anything but cloud the ambition and spread negativity, whether it be friends or family.

Great video. I was blessed to meet my wife almost 17 years ago and marry her almost 14 years ago. I will say that even though your relationship sounds healthy and is realistic, it also sounds like you are newlyweds with some of the things you say. I mean, I brag about my wife both as a wife and as a mother too, but I think being married for a short time with no kids is definitely different from over a decade with 3 of them. Regardless, it sounds like you two have a long and happy marriage ahead of you. 😊

Hey Dre, nice Video again. I just want to point out that the lamp in the background with red light is a bit too distracting for me. I can only speak for myself but maybe try to change the color to a mellow orange or something that may be a little more soothing. Just from the consumer side of view.

21:32 there are basically two types of women: the ones who understood that more often than not an “I’m sorry”, doesn’t have to be sincere, just look like so and it is easy for them, makes the man refrain from the situation in the next 3 to 5 seconds and get back to whatever they were doing but there are also the women who just see the problem at her partner been angry at then so they escalate, double down. If the man is wise he would just stop the interaction right there and then and reconsider her.

This is a whole lot of nonsense. All you have to do to find a good girl is stop grouping them into categories and learn to see them as individuals. Find a girl who you connect with and make her your best friend. She'll love you forever and you'll be happy. Simple

10/10 absolutely agree. One point, I do think women can exercise social awareness and safe judgement, many times I’m thankful for my girl warning me about people not having my best interests in mind. We keep each other safe. But that totally doesn’t mean she should look down on or be rude towards others. But honesty and constructive criticism is one of the best things you can find in a woman - you might not always find she’s speaking super highly of absolutely every single person you come across, but that can be beneficial to you and her. As a man, like the video says, this skill is more inherent to us as “protector” figures, especially in the context of physical and material safety and security. Good, intelligent women can be extremely adept at scouting out opportunities to increase social and emotional security, where a man may not be so inclined. God made us different, and the same skill can be useful to a couple or family in different contexts.

When I visited my twin sister for her bachelorette party (held at a church) with her church and teacher friends I texted my ex to update him (he didn’t want to go) he was scouted I even reached out to update him, he essentially said don’t bother him cuz he was mad I went at all…. I had my moments but he restricted me so much for 7 years I never want another relationship. I couldn’t have a girls night out, I couldn’t even hang with my sisters without him checking in on me, tracking the miles on my car, happening to be home on “lunch” any time I told him I’m going out. I encouraged him to hang with his guy friend and decomposes and he never did so by extension I couldn’t hang with my girlfriends. I trusted him and he after 7 years never returned that even tho I never gave him a reason not to trust me. He adjusts upset when I mentioned how the last girl made it hard for me to not resent him.
