You should watch the video anyway for more detail, but: 1. Don't cut your hair (keep it healthy and only trim when damaged). 2. Wash your hair less - learn how to do a good refresh. 3. Sleep with a bonnet. 4. Use rice water (link provided). 5. Use DIY hair masks and conditioners. 6. Use satin scrunchies. 7. Eat a healthy diet. 8. Get enough sleep. 9. Use wigs when you want a different style. 10. Braids (protective styling). 11. Finger detangling (link provided). 12. Don't colour your hair.

5 years ago I had the same hair... But always used to wear it straight cause of the community that I used to live in. Because of heat, my hair became so thin and it's now sooooo short 😭😭😭 recently I start to love my curls and I am taking good care of it. Pray for me to return my old healthy hair

Omg, the exact same thing happend to me. My hair use to down to my waist when it was straight so I wanted it like that all the time. And the fact that the community I grew up in, everyone had straight hair did not help. So I would always beg my mom to always to straighten my hair. She would do it about 5 times a year.(may not seem like a lot but my hair is sensitive) After a while, people started to ask me if I cut my hair which really confused me. One day my aunt told me I had heat damage and it made me really upset. I realize that my hair was about chin length when straight. So for the past 4 years, I've been doing my own hair and been moisturizing and taking care of it. I try to only straighten it one every other year. The last time it was straight, it was about an inch below my shoulders. Hopefully it goes back to its original length because I miss it.

Thats what happened to aunt! So when she was younger she had curly hair, and she always wanted straight and thick hair, so she always straightened it. But eventually it it turned her hair into thin and short (as she called it, he hair ain’t even that bad to me) and she is super jealous of my hair because it’s thick and short, so she tells me that story a lot. It makes me really sad :( i hope you find a great solution, and remember to never compare your looks to other people!

Hi Lana! I noticed you said you go to the gym. Do you wash your hair after the gym or do you refresh your hair like what you explained. That is one of my biggest issues. I go to the gym and get all sweaty and then my hair drys and frizzes. I do not wash my hair after my workout everyday so maybe I will try the refreshing method. I would love to hear your opinion.

Quick question, when you say that you wash your hair once a week, do you mean only using shampoo once a week and using conditioner for the rest of the days or you only condition and shampoo your hair once a week? I take a shower and use conditioner pretty much every day. However, I like never use shampoo. I hope that makes sense.

You are super beautiful. Love love your skin tone. I know washing your hair everyday isnt good. Mmm but having a healthy scalp promotes hair growth. Greasy scalp gets clogged...need to wash when your scalp is oily. Also need to massage scalp. Look your hair is gorgeous......but i dnt think this will work for me. I guess it depends on each person. I get pimples on my scalp if i dont wash it every 2nd or 3rd day. So for me i cannot leave my scalp oily. What i do ...do is i put castor oil midshaft down before i wash my hair. Thats how i keep my hair moisturised. Clean scalp is key for hair growth. Im indian so my hair grows fast. Love your videos💘

Adriana M. Ipock Cantu is the cheapest natural hair care I know of. The shampoo and conditioner are only about 3$ a bottle and It costs around 6$ for a big tub of leave in conditioner that lasts me 3 months. It is sulfate paraben chemical free etc... and curly hair certified !!

Massage your scalp with your finger tips, have a good exercise routine - promotes blood flow especially running at an incline. When I’m walking at an incline (tredmill or walking/jogging outside up trails) that’s when I’ve noticed fast growth. Hope this help
