    1. Start day with lukewarm, lemon water. 2. Have 3 square meals daily. 3. Take meals on time. 4. Consume flavorful foods. 5. Eat local and eat a variety of foods. 6. Avoid snacking. 7. Herbs in your diet. 8. Avoid wrong food combinations. 9. Exercise. Yoga is great. 45 mins daily. 10. Body massage and relaxation. 11. Sound sleep. 12. Meditate.

    I drink warm honey and lemon water in the morning. Is that fine? And about not having lemon and cucumber together, what if we have detox water which includes lemon, cucumber and ginger in it? I would request you to make a video about detox waters which helps in weight loss.
