Get 8 hours of sleep. I don't care how you do it, but it's about reverse engineering your morning. If you know you need to be at work at 8:00 a.m. and want an hour by yourself, get up to do that. You'll have to go to bed at a decent hour to facilitate the 8 hours of solid slumber.
Make a daily plan. Don't do to-do lists. Instead, start making a daily plan, which is a life-changing step. I used to do a to-do list, but I would get all stressed out because my list wasn't done at the end of the day. I wasn't being more productive, so I stopped making that type of a list. I started blocking my day and scheduling out my day, which is more productive and effective
Stop drinking for 30 days. You may have to find other things to do or other friends to hang out with, but you will magnificently change the trajectory of your life. You'll feel better, look better, and be more productive. Your mind will be clear, and you will not beat yourself up.
Be active daily. Go for a walk or jog, ride your bike, go to the gym, do some push-ups -- just be active! Go for a hike; it doesn't matter. You need to be active for at least 1 hour a day; if you get outside, that's a bonus.
Remove social media apps. There are a few reasons to do this: you will save time and stop those dopamine hits. When you're dopamine is out of whack, you will not be as motivated because you're addicted to your devices.

Take cold showers every morning. I started doing this several years ago when I did a video about cold showers' benefits. I wanted to try it, so I did it for 30 days and was hooked.
Use a daily skincare routine. This is one of the quickest and easiest things you can do to feel incredible and help your face look great. It will give you confidence and compliments on your complexion.
Start saying 'yes.' When your friends ask you to go somewhere, say yes. When people invite you to places, say yes. The opportunities and experiences are new environments and situations that will add character and texture to your life. You will meet new people and have new experiences, making you feel good and more interesting.
Make a budget. A budget will help you stop buying stuff that you don't need. It's about knowing how much money you have coming in and how much money you have going out.
Identify need versus want. And if you want it, don't buy it. If you need it, wait for 14 days. If there's something that you want to buy that's not a necessity, wait 14 days. Then, if you still think you need it, get it. Most likely, the answer will be no.
Make a list of your friends. Put a checkmark next to the people that are good for you. Put an X next to the people that are bad for you. Hang out with people who are good for you, so identify those in your life that add value, bring you joy, and lift you up. Remove yourself from those in your life who are bad for you, making you feel bad and possibly toxic.

Even if your friend smokes weed, drinks, and has no ambition, that doesn't make that person a bad friend. You don't have to hang out with them all the time, but you don't have to drop them either. To me, a bad friend is someone who gets mad if you say no. A bad friend is someone who tries to make you feel like you're wasting your time trying to better yourself. A bad friend, and I've seen a lot of successful people who are like this, think only of themselves.

You know what I like? Alpha put out videos, some recent, which he went over some or a lot of these. But the brilliance of it is hearing the same thing over time will help to get the message across. Being repetitive is actually very beneficial. I appreciate these videos on all counts.

Start making healthy eating a goal, stay away from people that drink, away from the bars, and try to keep your mind occupied. Obviously hobbies and stuff are always a good idea, but just keep your mind busy thinking about any kind of random stuff. Hell, ancient Rome is getting more popular nowadays 🤘
Regarding cold showers. How cold are we talking? I hated it so much that I kept putting off showers so I had to stop doing it.

I was looking for one of Alpha M’s more recent videos in which he talks about the ritual multivitamin for men and the synbiotic. Can anyone, (alpha m or anyone else that sees this) can anyone please give me a straight answer. I know taking vitamins is important. I just purchased and have received the ritual for men vitamins and synbiotic and want to see if I can replace them for the 5 daily supplements I am currently taking. I take airborne, mens 1 a day, biotin, fish oil, and D3. Can anyone please give me a straight answer. Can these 2 ritual supplements replace the 5 supplements I am taking because I really don’t want to add 2 more supplements to the 5 I am already taking. If the 2 ritual supplements cant replace the 5 I am taking which ones should I keep? Also, what time of day is it best to take supplements? Morning before work or night before bed? Or do should I switch them up? I know I’ve asked a lot here but please can anyone help me out because all I’m being told is to consult with my doctor. Thank you in advance to anyone who can help!

I had the gastric sleeve surgery! But, was diagnosed with prostate cancer within 3 months. Took 3 months to get radiation. Was successful. 1.5 years later, diagnosed with thyroid cancer, which, it turns out, was since "at least high school"! Lost Mom and Fiancée during pandemic! After 2 years of heavy drinking, I stopped What do I do? I have to get knees replaced before I can resume martial arts training! This is the only activity I truly enjoyed! What do I do?!?

It's called everything in moderation but you have practice it all your life. The guys that took vitamins and run died before I have. Just enjoy what you can because there's no secret to life. George burns smoked cigars for 90 years. Alcohol is not bad except in excess. But I also don't work out because it just blows out joints. Eat the biggest variety you can. Coffee caffeine nicotine bourdon but never eat McDonald's taco bell or subway or pizza hut. I do occasionally if I don't have a choice excess causes cancer. Ginger tea tumerek and spicy foods are good for digestion. And some guys just get cancer. Stress kills everything including hair. Rich guys do have. I don't have money because I chose hair. Hang in there.

@@keithupton86ku laptop is a multipurpose device for me, since unlike most people I almost never use phone and use my laptop throughout the entire day I work, learn, relax using laptop so Its my number 1 device + sometimes I want to work somewhere else so I want to take laptop with me (and current one dies in less than 1 hour) Decided to go with asus g14 on sale, wanted m16 but no luck Actually writing off the benefits and my usage of the laptop it seems like a solid purchase 😄 At least from cost per use perspective
