Mk3 Supra came with the 7m-ge and 7m-gte. Buy one now it’s so worth it. Plus it’s super easy to get extra power out of a stock turbo

I found one for a good price but the owner lied to me telling me it ran and was “extremely clean” but I went to go look at it and it was infested, didn’t run like he told me, and then once I looked underneath there’s was nothing but rust. I lifted the floor mats and sure enough the floor pans were wide open completely rusted through a lot of people been screwing me over on cars lately lol🥹

I love my '01 boxter S(3.2L, manual, rwd, AND IT'S RED). Bought it recently for 9k(under 60k miles... SUPER clean)The IMS bearings are a hassle to deal with but hopefully it'll be some time when it needs replacing... I've a (k24 swapped later)AW11 MR2(3k+another 3k for preventative maintenance) and that car was batshit cray cray to learn as a first car... Didn't wanted to wreck it into a tree so I just got a hybrid civic. Wasn't the 3rd gen camaro Mad Max's car? The fox body v8(maybe cobra?) is plenty... I'd avoid swapping it with an LS tho...

How was no dsm mentioned? The dsm is one of the most under rated platforms. The 4g63t can be a monster and they are bullet proof. The looks is so 90s and such a throw back. The dsm era is coming back as a classic now!

Definitely the 90's is the golden era of sports cars.

For my top 12 I'd put the Subaru RS. It weighs as much as a BRZ, is all wheel drive, and good ol 22b widebody that bad boys noice. Plus it can be a great long term project if you buy a wrecked sti, most parts bolt right on including the subframe. I like most of the cars on the list but stock I'd probably take the subie over the Merican cars :P

You listed Porsche 944 turbo, said you didn't like the looks but you were only showing NA's and they do look different. The turbos have different front/rear bumpers with rear valance. Nothing huge but I will say I like the turbos a lot more than my NA

I love Preludes but after being in Prelude FB groups for a while now they’re probably the most unreliable and problematic Hondas from the time period of 4-5th gen’s which makes me sad because they’re so beautiful.

Honestly I’ve been driving for 4 years now I started off with a auto 4runner and just bought a sw20 for super cheap it’s a super fun drive and the snap oversteer is NOT THAT BAD it is completely overhyped by people who don’t even drive the car so please if you can get your hands on one you should it’s definitely there but if you’re going 60 and take a sharp corner you have to be conscious other than that you’ll be fine

@@markroden I'm just trying to find somewhat modern tuner cars or a commuter (or both 😈). All the cars from the 90s and 80s are getting hit with drifter's tax or the stance clout lmao. Also everything that's 2014 or newer are 10-15k+ or so (IE: VW Jettas, Honda Accord coupes & sedans, Honda Civics, Volvo S60s etc).

Chevy camaro ss? That’s an Iroc Z not an SS. And I’m sure that came with 350 Tune port injection V8 that pushed 230 horsepower. The RS camaro of that year made about 170 horsepower. Or I think less.
