Hi Gabe, Great video. Besides these, I think there are two concepts that are repeated in all books that speak about improving your finances. 1. Developing good habits: Developing the right habits and sticking to them. This is outlined in Atomic habits, The compound effect, 5 a.m club and other books. 2. Developing Gratefulness: Generosity and gratefulness will move your mindset into a state of abundance rather than focusing on what you dont have. Also the more you give, more you get back in return.

I read Atomic habits during christmas. Excellent book. Help me very much. I'm person without any discipline, i lack motivation, but with proper habits i can do much more.
He who has been given much is responsible for more and the one who has been given little is responsible for less. I'd like to hear more on this topic of applying this financially. We live in a super productive world and not everyone is valued the same, i think there is a difference with equality and value as an employee.
I'm practicing that stealth wealth. People at work think I'm cheap lol but I'm like the only one not worried about getting furloughed or laid-off. We've been having these things at my company all year. My coworkers are into spending more the more they earn. Or they just have no knowledge of personal finance. 🤷🏻♀️

It gives you a better edge at work. You don't hate being there, and you can stand by your decisions if you don't fear getting fired. Build a 6 month emergency fund and have some investments and you are a free person 😊

@lunalove2259 Exactly! My husband and I got a fully funded emergency fund. Enough that even if we both lost our jobs for any reason, we would be okay for a while. We're growing our wealth with investments too.

You are becoming so very good!!! I enjoy watching you and appreciate what you have to say. Cheering for you and 1M subscribers!!!
Gabe I am rich beyond measure. And becoming more wealthy each day. Patience is key, stick with the process and see it through to the end even if that takes 30 years. Most people who get rich quick also get poor quick too, so slow down you have a life time to get “rich”.
I just found your channel and have been watching all of your videos. Great presentation, useful info in a relaxed way. Always something that leaves you thinking.
Thanks for sharing. Mentors are huge in life, even if they come from books! Stealth wealth, be incognito no need for flash!

Whenever I see videos speaking about money. I always wish people knew what I knew about money and how it’s not so difficult to hit your financial target if you know the right steps to take. Honestly, I see Not making upto a million before retirement as an unfulfilled retirement. I’m 54 and my wife is 50 . We are both retired with over $3million in net worth and no debts. Currently living smart and frugal with our money. No longer putting blames on the FED for our misfortunes. Saving and investing lifestyle in the stock market made it possible for us this early. Even till now, we earn weekly.

I feel one Of the greatest challenges that we first timers face in the ma rket is that we end up losing all we have,making it difficult to find ourselves back to our feet. My biggest advice is to always seek the services of a professional just like I did when I ventured into it for the first time. Big thanks to Larysa Caba. I now make huge profits by weekly through her services while still learning to stand on my own.

I have never seen a trader as open and transparent as Larysa Caba with her clients. The way she decides to make a profit for her clients. she allows you to express your fears and she still rests your fears and that is my respect. I don't normally comment on videos, but this word should be included. she is really cool.
A very good list. Thanks for sharing this. Thanks for sharing.

GREAT VIDEO! My first $1 million was the hardest, easy after that. 1. pay yourself first, 2. live below you means, 3. index the S&P 500. Simple as that...Occam's razor. My best to all who find this!❤
Gabe, I've been following your channel for a about a year, and I have to say that I'm noticing the improvement in your cinematography, your lighting correction, your transitions and overlays, and the overall flow of your videos. I remember the first couple episodes of your FI brothers podcast were you were talking about possibly upgrading your camera at the time, and it's been pretty cool to see that transition over time. Not only am I learning a lot about essentialism, financial minimalism, and financial independence, but I'm also taking inspiration from the video side of things for my own KZread channel! Keep up the hustle. You've definitely impacted my life in a positive way
I subscribed bc of the Brad take. Good job.

Hey, man. I’ve been a subscriber for a while now, love your videos. I’ve been following a lot your ideas. My problem now is trying to start a business with less competition to have another stream of income. It’s just difficult to come up with authentic business ideas. A lot of my ideas come from either KZread or Reddit & most of them have multiple people also trying to accomplish the same goals.

The wisest thought that is in everyone's minds today is to invest in different income flows that do not depend on the government, especially with the current economic crisis around the world. This is still a good time to invest in gold, silver and digital currencies (BTC, ETH.... stock,silver and gold)
Just subscribed after watching this. But I keep wondering, how all this might be inspiring and look good on paper. But for someone in Africa, where attaining even 500 dollars a month after graduating can be hard. What advise would you give me, so that I can grow, Or areas where I can invest little money and still be hopeful for growth.
@GabeBult
7 ай бұрын
I would definitely say that not the exact same advice affects everybody on the planet I can only talk about what I personally know
You only double the penny the first day. The next day you double 2 pennies, next day 4 pennies and so on. If you doubled a penny every day for 30 days, you would have 60 cents.
Don't be stealth when you hit 500k subscribers. Get the Tesla anyway.

I actually just finished listening to The Millionaire Fastlane on Audible. He brought up some good points like asking if you've ever heard of someone getting rich off of their 401k...that's life in the slow lane. I'll check out the book you've mentioned, The Almanack of Naval Ravikant. I've never heard of it before watching your video. Thank you for providing those 12 rules!
@GabeBult

Both are super good books that make you think differently
If you take a penny and double it every time for 60 days, you'll have more money than has ever existed in the history of the world. I think I spot the flaw in this one. It's the same story as the rice and the chessboard. Put a grain of rice on the first square, two on the second, four on the third, and pretty soon, you need more rice than exists in the whole world.
You’re talking about what to do yet the video title is past tense, ‘habits that changed’. So have these changes actually changed your finances and by how much?
0.01*30=0.3 not 1 million
My spouse and I are adding a variety of stocks/ETF to my present holdings for the long term, We've set aside $250k to start following inflation-indexed bonds and stocks of companies with solid cash flows, I believe it is a good time to capitalize on the market for long-term gains, but it wouldn't hurt to know means of actualizing short term profit.
....*Great video! i really have a question For someone with less than $10,000 to invest, how would you recommend we enter the crypto market? I am at studying some traders and copying their strategy rather than investing myself and losing money emotionally what's your take on this approach?*
I lost the game :p
Man am new to your channel and what annoyed me is that *I cant find the super thanks button* 😂 !! Can you please activate it? 🤣 Worth the support 👍🏻 thank you for the content, keep it up 🚀 I like the fact that it feels genuine and relatable 💙 wish you all the best and good luck with your 1m subs

What a disappointment. Like the old tale, the emperor is wearing no clothes.
Crypto is bringing a different revolution in the world economy. People who are optimistic investors earn consistently.... others will just sit and watch. Already making over $56,000 profits and hopefully more in next year bull run
Dude be careful you have a touch of cabin fever. Most of this info is very sound but you need to breathe and talk to friends about the things that don't matter. Peace and be well.
