Hi I need an answer but I do love your video but I have s problem with your glaze modepodge again I just worked hard on a new bottle with a napkin came out beautiful then I waited for it to dry and put on the ,2nd coat of glaze modepodge and it's streakie it did that on one of my other bottles when I put the lites on they look ok no lites streaked WHY.pleasevreply and tell me why sorry so long thank you
